Mais avec le self-love, j’ai compris un truc : si toi-même tu respectes pas ton temps et ton énergie, personne ne le fera à ta place.
On va voir ensemble : ✔️ Pourquoi c’est si dur de poser des limites. ✔️ Comment savoir si on est trop strict.e ou juste dans le respect de soi. ✔️ Comment réagir quand quelqu’un dépasse tes limites. ✔️ Des exemples concrets dans le dating, l’amitié, la famille, etc.
Mettre des limites, ce n’est pas être relou ou trop exigeant.e, c’est juste se respecter. Si quelqu’un t’aime vraiment, il ne te fera jamais sentir coupable d’avoir des standards.
