Balance. The word moms hear over and over again… but here’s the truth: Balance is a myth.
It suggests you can (and should) give equal time, energy, and attention to everything — work, home, self-care, kids — all at once. But motherhood doesn’t (and shouldn’t) work that way. Life moves in seasons and rhythms, not perfect symmetry.
