Mud Dogs Podcast

Mud Dogs Podcast

I get tired of hearing I overthink things and just need to take action. Which does have some truth to it but telling that to an overthinker doesn’t work. ”Just do it” is probably the most common thing I hear but what is it? and what am I doing? That is what we are going to figure out together. Join our podcast as we work through our thought process and learn how to take action instead of letting the ole analysis paralysis sink in. We will set up goals each week and at the start of the next episode spend time together reflecting on our goals to identify what stopped us from completing them or celebrate the fact that we did complete them. We will examine tips and tricks that have worked for others and see how, as overthinkers, we can incorporate them into our lives. Look, I don’t know what I am doing but that is the fun in it, right? Help me figure it out and figure it out with me!

Who is writing your story? For the longest time, overthinking was writing mine. I used to have knots in my stomach all the time, that was until I decided that I control my narrative. If it was going in the proverbial book called My Life, I was going to be the author.

Join us this week for another episode of the Mud Dog Podcast as we try to figure out how we overthinkers can take back control of our story.

How often do we say no to something because we're afraid of what could happen? Our mind races with a million thoughts that start to paralyze us so we just react and say no. Just to silence our inner voice.

How much have we missed out on as overthinkers because of this? Can saying yes instead really make a difference? Join the conversation and find out with us on this week's episode of the Mud Dogs Podcast.

I think we kind of already knew that habits are built with repetition but we are going to talk about it in this week's episode anyway.

Welcome to the Podcast! If you are an overthinker and often find yourself dealing with analysis paralysis then you found the podcast for you.

Join me my fellow overthinkers. Most people brush us off and don't understand why we aren't taking action towards our goals. Often they tell us to just do it. Well, I don't what "it" is or how to do it but that is what you and I are going to figure out.
