I denne uges udsendelse fejrer vi nok en gang Valentine’s Day, men denne gang skal det være på dansk. Vi har nemlig lavet et af vores længste afsnit nogensinde, og forærer den i Valentinsgave til alle jer kære lyttere. Omdrejningspunktet er denne gang en glimrende dansk compilation som i disse dage fylder 20 år, det var nemlig i 2005 at Jeg Elsker Dig: Alle Tiders Danske Ballader blev udgivet på dobbelt-CD, og blev et stort hit i musikforretningerne.
Det er en compilation som er produceret og tilrettelagt af den kære Philip Lundsgaard, og han har samlet en perlerække af dejlige danske ballader, hovedsageligt fra 80’erne, men der bliver også plads til flere gode numre fra 90’erne. I kan bl.a. se frem til klassikere fra Anne Linnet, News, Thomas Helmig, Alberte, One Two, Danseorkestret, Tøsedrengene, Back To Back, Lis Sørensen, Rocazino, Poul Krebs og mange mange flere.
Derudover tænker vi at Lundsgaard har et kæmpe crush på Søs Fenger, vi giver en masse kærlighed til Kasper Winding og Lasse Lunderskov, vi afslører hvem vi tænker er den danske Springsteen, Andy indrømmer sit tvivlsomme forhold til Anne Dorte Michelsen, og så bliver der desuden plads til jordbær dyppet i chokolade, Helmut Kohl i en dobbeltseng i Bonn, Bamses Billedbog, Spy Hard, kaffejingler og så overvejer vi om man ville turde at spise en Valentinsmiddag med Poul Hagen.
