I denne uges udsendelse kaster vi os endnu engang over den smukke forening af sport og musik. Det er nemlig snart tid til finalen i den amerikanske NFL – på søndag er der endnu engang Super Bowl. Og når man har sagt Super Bowl, så må man også sige Half Time Show, og det er selvfølgelig her vores fokus ligger.
Vi kigger på historien om en af verdens største scener for en hvilken som helst musiker, og vi går igennem hele historien fra 1967 til 2025. Undervejs laver vi 10 nedslag og tager fat i nogle af de mest fantastiske, kontroversielle, beundringsværdige, mærkelig eller direkte pinlige halftime shows, og I kommer til at møde vidunderlige kunstnere som f.eks. Prince, Sir Paul McCartney, Shakira, Gloria Estefan, U2, Dr. Dre og Michael Jackson.
Derudover øser vi ud af vores lidt begrænsede viden om amerikansk fodbold, vi snakker om hvornår amerikanerne skyller ud i toilettet, vi mindes fantastiske Left Shark, Andy deler ud af sin begejstring for tennis, og så bliver det desuden til en snak om så forskellige emner som, en blind mand i en bil, en evigt ung Larry Mullen, Nipplegate, Line Baun Danielsen, autotune på overdrive og minsandten også en syngende George W. Bush.
