I pulled Heart of Gaja from the Medicine Heart Oracle by Alana Fairchild, asking our ancestors to share what they most want us to remember.
They remind us that while we inherit patterns, beliefs, and memories from our lineage, we also inherit strength, wisdom, and courage. We are not here to carry everything they carried. We are here to continue the healing — with compassion, with love, and with choice.
As we release what no longer needs to continue, we also claim the gifts that are our birthright. And as we choose to grow, we bless both the past and the future.
