Many people with multiple sclerosis are confused about which diet is best to follow?
Should they try:
-The Wahls Protocol?
-The OMS Diet?
-The Best Bet Diet?
-Keto?
-Regular Paleo?
-Whole 30?
I explain all of these. The main focus should be to gravitate to whole foods and to get enough of your macronutrients and micronutrients. Making sure you get the healing foods with nutrient density is KEY. And, sticking with it. (This one of the hardest parts).
