Some days it feels like no matter how much we grow, there’s always a new milestone waiting on the horizon. That constant push for more can easily leave us feeling behind or discouraged. But what if the real key to sustainable growth—in both business and life—is learning how to measure progress differently?
In today’s Memos in the Margins episode, I’m sharing how I track growth in my own business and life, and why it’s so important to measure against where you’ve come from instead of only looking at where you want to go. We’ll talk about practical metrics to watch, daily and weekly rhythms for recording your wins, and the mindset shift from living in the “gap” to celebrating the “gain.” My hope is that this conversation encourages you to slow down, recognize just how far you’ve already come, and embrace the journey of growth while still moving toward those exciting goals ahead.
