Ryan and Nate were between recording sessions and a discussion broke out that was rather passionate. We both stopped mid-sentence and hit record to capture a portion of the passionate conversation. We briefly share something that Nate is doing to challenge his mind and body. He found out recently a mild bout of anxiety while swimming for a prolonged period of time.
