EP#2 of Suffer Up
Welcome back to another episode of Suffer Up where Nate and Ryan discuss how they met and an overview of a recent race they did called the Death By 5k in Milton, Florida. This race is a 50K ultra that involves a 5K every 2.5 hours for a total of 24 hours. It is a trail race that challenged us both mentally and physically.
