need the pardon as much as many others do because.

his rights. A misdemeanor doesn't take your

that. So he has the opportunity to
send this pardon back and actually fight them and.

He filed a motion, you know it'sgoing to happen.
Rule 60B3, which I know that motion and he's demanding that
his of conviction be vacated or vacateur for those that don't
know because of fraud upon the court, not just by the lawyers
and prosecutors but by Walton himself.
You know, you know what he wants.
I know what's big. You know what's fueling him,
fueling him to do this? He actually wants to restore

dignity to his 78 year old mother, who's who he said his
life, whose life has been shattered by this injustice.
I can understand that. I mean, you don't want your
mother thinking you did something where when you didn't
do something. Yeah.
