In this episode of The Knowing Podcast, Christene Marie sits down with Hal Kramer, an Air Force veteran turned assisted living entrepreneur, who is radically reshaping what end-of-life care can look like.

Hal Cranmer is a former Air Force pilot and the founder of A Paradise for Parents Assisted Living, a network of residential care homes in Arizona designed to offer seniors a better, more personalized quality of life. After spending over two decades in aerospace and manufacturing, Hal transitioned into elder care with a mission to create a different kind of assisted living experience—one where people get healthier and even return home.
