We might be ridiculous but we are back in action and it's business as usual. This week Ron must contest with a very angry couple of cable customers, one man really cannot wait for his Internet installer to arrive, one man has big problems with his plane seat, Ron deals with a real BoBo, one man tries to steal our rental car and not give it back, one lady refuses to discuss her many problems, one man is getting screwed over by his employer, one lady really needs to do her makup on her flights and one man is very unhappy about us substituting all his groceries and we also made ourselves welcome in some more meetings again, and lots more too!
