They discuss egregious double taxation on Palm Coast residents regarding law enforcement and the explosion of the PC budget that is continually requested by the Sheriff's department. He discusses the historical mismanagement of properties owned/sold, the old and new buildings, the growth in PC population, crime, and the need for efficiencies in the Sheriffs department. How can we possibly feel an addition to the staff from the Sheriff's department will help Palm Coast with efficiencies when it is the LEAST efficient!
