About NAME:
Maria Rigo is a health coach with a background of 23 years in the fitness and wellness industry. Maria is a grandmother, and cyclist and has been living with Hashimoto's for 30 years.
Maria’s mission is to empower women 50 and better embrace a vibrant second half. Through her signature program The 6 Pillars of Wellness she guides clients through a holistic approach to mind and body wellness. Maria combines disciplines from personal training, Pilates, The MELT Method, Neurokinetic Therapy, and biomechanics to help her clients not only shed unwanted weight but to build strength and stability and stay active and pain-free.
Maria is adding a children's book author to her resume. Her children's book Bella the Fitness Pup is scheduled for release in August of 2025.
