It's the end of the 1st quarter and it's time to take stock - did I meet my goal? If not, what happened? Whether you met the goal or not, what DID you accomplish? What did you learn? Where have you grown?
It's important to recognize our talents, accomplishments and growth!! If we don't, then we lose the motivation to continue or to set the next goal. Seriously, write these things down and look at them and treat yo'self!
