it in that context, but that's on me. I lost.
I didn't finish what I was saying. I was trying

be more careful about my message. So you know, that's
my apology. That's what he said.

about the guys he goes to war with. And and yes,
Mike got dropped into grease, but he was really trying
to turn yeah, because he was, but he was trying
to again, that's what it was. Initial attention was to

he said though. He talked about, you know, leadership in
this tough time and you know he's been here fad
nothing but success, whether you people think it was success
or not. I know they only got one were people
will argue down and that what they've done in the
last three years can't but and so bet you take

the leadership. Has Zimbrous challenged him to be a better
leader doing it, not not not stopped doing this podcast.
That is whod other Nobody told him to stop doing
this podcast, but to be a better leader. And he
talked about you know, he don't like letting coaches down,
coach being mad at it. He wouldn't elaborate on the

really meant that. He said he tried to growth and improve. Yes,
here talking about the growth of the team and how
they've grown to the defense, and we talked. I thought
the defense played okay at times, and it did show
some growth against Houston. It's hard to say that when
you lose thirty four to ten. But that's why you're
talking about comportary football, because the offense did nothing to

help them, you know, when they turned that thing into
a blowout because the problems in the offense. You know,
got a fake punt, you got you know.

And every he said, he's basically saying every opponent, unlike
the last three years, they all know our offensive limitations.
They know they don't have to score thirty five or
forty points to beat us. It's gonna take a lot
less than that given what we're playing. But that one
so they can play a more deliberate, less risky style.

podcast with Dwayne Wade and Pat Riley and he went
back to the sixth season when they played Dallas and
got beat by forty and Riley said, we're just sitting
in the locker room. Everybody just knows it is not good.
And Gary Payton Senior, it's funny got called seniors.

Oh they did say Gary Page gp us us Payton.

But I was probably is like Gary Paynton senior. And
he just said, uh, Gary's so what we're gonna do?
He said, I looked at I looked at Gary said
what are you gonna do?

you can be a better leader. You know why you'd
be a better follow me? Why don't you follow me?

would say this's not love. These leadership things and and

If them refs would have been cheating. In two thousand
and six, we wouldn't be talking about great leadership. That
team was in OSE six and we beat the Mavericks
because there was a lot of cheating going on, a
lot of phatom files. There are none to do. Had
none to do with Gary Payton and pat Riley. He

had to do with Dwayne Wade making a living at
the line. Okay, I was here, you was here, you
watched that. But it's it's it's okay look back and say,
that's why they won because Gary Payton followed Mike mccart's
leader sailf that's book.

Irvin and Troy Aikman were in the locker room when
they went one in fifteen.

Yes they were one fifteen and and and Trey Akeman
and Micha Irvins love him to death, But when he
was roping and opening and shooting and everything else, was
that good leadership? On the field. Yeah, exactly, you said
we parsied. You said we parsed it because they won titles?
Was that good? Do you think Jimmy Johnson would okay
with the White House? You think Jimmy Johnson would okay

with all the other stuff they were doing in training camp?

No, I think those guys so those that first year,

Saying though, is that leadership? No, they just won. They
had Hall of Fame players and they were the best
at what they did and they won.

You know what it was? Or that maybe can't apply
to Micah's situation now, is he experiences losing for the
first time at the NFL level. Is you know, Troy
and Michael and those guys like they learned that first
year how hard it is to win in the NFL
because because they did nothing but lose. As hard as
they worked, as much as it meant to them, as
great leaders as they would prove to be, they did

nothing but lose. And so they a work ethic was
instilled in them, if they didn't already have it, that
this is what it's going to take to win. What
you're doing now is not enough to win. So that's
what Micah needs to learn from this if he's going
to emerge in the near future leader of this team.

game is decided by four or five plays.

In essence, it would also help. Like those nineties teams,
they learned to win. But I wish Michael had some
tripletists to learn to win with. Okay, give me some

ain't got no partner to come win him. It don't

confidence in moving and cutting and doing the things you
need to do to be successful.

this tough time and you know he's been here fad
nothing but success, whether you people think it was success
or not. I know they only got one were people
will argue down and that what they've done in the
last three years can't but and so bet you take

the leadership. Has Zimbrous challenged him to be a better
leader doing it, not not not stopped doing this podcast.
That is whod other Nobody told him to stop doing
this podcast, but to be a better leader. And he
talked about you know, he don't like letting coaches down,
coach being mad at it. He wouldn't elaborate on the

things that Zimmer talked to him about, but he talked
to him about possibly being a better leader and doing
things differently and learning from in this situation and being

really meant that. He said he tried to growth and improve. Yes,
here talking about the growth of the team and how
they've grown to the defense, and we talked. I thought
the defense played okay at times, and it did show
some growth against Houston. It's hard to say that when
you lose thirty four to ten. But that's why you're
talking about comportary football, because the offense did nothing to

a blowout because the problems in the offense. You know,

great leaders as they would prove to be, they did
