Speaker 1 (01:29):
It's just one though, so a team that really never
competed in the Big twelve. They competing for SEC spot
the championship game.
Speaker 6 (01:38):
The Aggies, it's been a while now. First of all,
it's not like they ever have done this before. They've
been there. I have never competed for the SEC. I mean,
they've never been to the SEC Championship game since they've
made a conference they left.
Speaker 3 (01:55):
You know.
Speaker 6 (01:55):
It's also you know Buck Eye Michigan.
Speaker 8 (01:59):
Week two, that's Ryan big rivalry.
Speaker 6 (02:01):
We wow, what are we doing? It's not Alabama Auburn. Wow,
it ain't Pitt and Broken Wow. Wow, well wood jobs.
Let's get it right. Let's get it right.
Speaker 5 (02:19):
Look, I worked in I worked in Cleveland, so I
worked up there and lived in Alabama. I mean, f
folks from Alabama so out. Yeah, this is that time.
It's Thanksgiving time, so I'm always there A Birmingham.
Speaker 7 (02:32):
And the game we got a civil war, is you No,
we got to work in Washington probably big rivalry anyways,
to be honest with you, So I was.
Speaker 5 (02:39):
You know, I went from working in Austin to go
right on up there to to Ohio.
Speaker 4 (02:43):
Okay, here it is. It's the thing we're talking about
all day long, am I.
Speaker 5 (02:46):
And then haven't spent many times living in North Carolina,
Duke Carolina, that kind of thing. So I'm waiting on
this thing that you know, Ohio State Michigan war. So
it's it's ninety four.
Speaker 1 (02:59):
Was the dark days and then then we undefeated every
year and they six and five team you beat us, and.
Speaker 5 (03:04):
Then you had you had your boy, John Cooper's coach
had the ninety five team when Eddie one high.
Speaker 4 (03:10):
I've experienced out at.
Speaker 1 (03:11):
Two nine and one. Okay, I don't need to talk
about that. Two nine and one. We didn't talk.
Speaker 4 (03:13):
About fifteen and three.
Speaker 1 (03:15):
That's what we need to talk about. Fifteen and three.
Speaker 4 (03:16):
I'm just I saw it. My son was in high
school for the experience the Michigan lost. Okay, so he's
and that I saw it. Clarence, and it was like
I mean, first off, it was both of you mad.
Speaker 5 (03:32):
Okay, okay, oh, you might get sensitive to it because
when I was at Texas, when I covered the Longhorns
at the time, Texas were Texans, you know, the little
arrogance going on. Yeah, and so Joe I would be
I would tell you they're still a Texas Still have
you guys won something since integration? One Championships, Integration. Then
I'd go up and he listen to Buckeye fan LA's
(03:55):
how you.
Speaker 1 (03:55):
Was sixty eight first, first of all, still wagon baby integration.
Speaker 6 (04:00):
As about Joe has no dog in this fight, as
I told him, they're not They're not a blue blood.
He's Oregon. They're not a blue blood.
Speaker 4 (04:09):
Blue blood.
Speaker 6 (04:09):
They're not a blue blood. They want nothing blue They
never won nothing.
Speaker 1 (04:14):
Yeah, I'm known for your uniform, not the football start program.
Speaker 6 (04:18):
I never won nothing. You've been to the game. You
never won nothing.
Speaker 8 (04:21):
We've been there.
Speaker 6 (04:24):
Not a blue blood.
Speaker 4 (04:24):
They have won a college football playoff game.
Speaker 6 (04:26):
That's fine, They've never won nothing. Banners, no banners.
Speaker 4 (04:30):
Your team has won a college football playerff, you.
Speaker 6 (04:33):
Can't you can tell. You can't tell the story of
college football without the University of Texas and Ohio State.
You can tell the story of college football with that?
Speaker 8 (04:41):
Or can you talk about the uniforms?
Speaker 5 (04:46):
Gonna say I think you, I will say you you're
you're incorrect, sir, because.
Speaker 6 (04:51):
I'm not incorrect. Talk about history, the history.
Speaker 5 (04:53):
We're talking about history revolutionized.
Speaker 6 (04:56):
It's called upstart. That's new. That's that's that's that's that.
That ain't deep here, we're talking about deep rooted.
Speaker 1 (05:02):
That's South Lake Park.
Speaker 6 (05:07):
We're talking about.
Speaker 8 (05:10):
Honestly kind of kind of works, kind of work.
Speaker 6 (05:13):
We're talking about Mount Rushmore history. We ain't talking about
this stuff.
Speaker 1 (05:18):
Okay, about this, we' South Street them.
Speaker 4 (05:24):
Jane ahead and say what you say? What you're saying.
Everybody knew what iout saying. Who's listening? Hey, hey, I've
been passed for the four Hunter Preston.
Speaker 6 (05:35):
Listen. Speaking of robbery, it's got a big robbery.
Speaker 1 (05:40):
Apparently that quarterback showed up yet, No, he ain't coming.
Speaker 6 (05:46):
Listen. GHN will be without their quarterback. Who's not their quarterback.
Speaker 1 (05:52):
Okay, the pizza game, they will be out.
Speaker 6 (05:54):
They two officer tackles and I think the second best
as pressure.
Speaker 8 (06:00):
Yeah disease. Yeah, this tip o play he had too,
I think.
Speaker 6 (06:06):
So the Cowboys openly open not quietly the formerly five
lost Cowboys who be washed on Sunday in the game
that the Spens team coaches will throw away and burn
the worst Spas team's day in the history of the NFL.
Thomas je Ye Thomas play was I was certainly a
(06:31):
part of the Spence teams bad Speci teams. Player go down,
You're taught to go down. That is not good teaching tape.
Speaker 8 (06:40):
No more.
Speaker 6 (06:40):
Yeah, they called him up, you go down. The game's over.
He don't have to survivor hell Mary if he goes downs.
Speaker 4 (06:46):
Had a heck of for two weeks on a special team.
Speaker 6 (06:47):
So again we're talking about the Cowboys team that end
of the five game winning streak with this crazy game
in Washington. They're not feeling themselves. They are openly talking
about winning out. They was on the Sounds of the Sideline,
which which has done great by the Cowboys people here.
It finally made it return.
Speaker 1 (07:07):
We ain't seen it.
Speaker 6 (07:09):
List and it was a great They were openly talking
about that at the end of the listening that Sounds
of the Sideline. They were openly talking about that. We
just got the giants there, you know, we you know,
we own the Giants. And you know just in the
locker room this week. In the locker room yesterday they
were talking about it. Jordan Lewis said, yeah, we we
(07:29):
believe we went out. They are openly talking about winning out.
Speaker 5 (07:34):
So the players have the hope you they the players
injected that quick rooted, didn't hope you hope.
Speaker 1 (07:45):
That was pure. They didn't cut that hoping.
Speaker 4 (07:49):
Coach said the hope you on the radio.
Speaker 6 (07:51):
The problem here is that they gotta do something number
before when When.
Speaker 4 (07:59):
When? How about just be.
Speaker 8 (08:01):
Competitive at the cree if the door is blown off
at a.
Speaker 6 (08:04):
But the good news is is that when they've lost
at home outside the same they lost a good team.
They lose no punks at home. Okay, but standard No, No,
what I'm saying is they lost the good teams. I mean,
I would say this if you if you put the
team they played and road at home, put the team
they played home on the road, they would have not
a lolled. They would not have won a road game.
(08:25):
They won't their home game.
Speaker 5 (08:26):
So you know what I'm saying, Saints Baltimore, good, Detroit good,
Philadelphia good?
Speaker 6 (08:35):
He can super Bowl? Yeah that said he would be
hauping every good teams. You know, you're not losing to
no punks, you know. And so now you said they
haven't won at home, But now you look at the
schedule and how it was laying up, and you got
four straight games against teams with losing records like yourself.
Speaker 8 (08:53):
They look at you the same way.
Speaker 6 (08:54):
Yeah, exactly. But we're just looking from the cowboys point
of view. You know what, Cowboys center here, We're looking
through the cowboys glasses. It's just it's reality. The teams
that they have at home are not these teams with
winning records who are vying for playoff spots. They're like them.
And when you see somebody like you, you always be
you always listen as a short guy. If I see
(09:16):
another short guy, dude, I got you. You know, you know,
you know you when you always see somebody like you,
always you could take somebody like you. That's how it is.
Speaker 3 (09:26):
You.
Speaker 6 (09:27):
Whether it's true or not, you believe that a right,
you know. So they see teams like them, but they
see and they believe they got excuse me for they struggs.
We've got injuries, and we got Michael that we're improving.
I don't know if they improved like the Giants ain't improving.
The Cowboys quantified and say even has gotten better. We
got Michael back, you know, we got Rico running. You
(09:49):
know we we can see things that we quantified and
say this isn't you know, we've been bad, but we're
taking steps. I'm just tam, I'm analyzing. You explain it.
Speaker 4 (10:00):
You're doing a good job.
Speaker 1 (10:01):
He's doing the P T bod doing a good job.
Speaker 6 (10:05):
You think the John's gonna beat them this week? You
think they're gonna continue to lose a home? What you got?
Speaker 4 (10:09):
I think the Cowboys win.
Speaker 5 (10:10):
I have the Cowboys winning just from the players lounge
here twenty three ten victories.
Speaker 6 (10:14):
So you got momentum. You got me a bitter momentum.
The two games in the winter.
Speaker 4 (10:18):
Now this is the Giants, sorry team.
Speaker 5 (10:19):
Where you got the receiver coming out there talking about
how bad they are, and they I mean, you just
you a rookie out here, just you you all out
of pocket, just telling and then.
Speaker 6 (10:28):
They play out to the Giants's right in front of you.
Speaker 4 (10:32):
You got Cincinnatials.
Speaker 6 (10:35):
They be Cincinnati with Cooper Rush a couple of years ago.
They did we are you looking at me like that?
Did they not?
Speaker 1 (10:42):
They if they can score enough points, they can beat
But I don't think they can score enough points well
against Sense.
Speaker 6 (10:48):
He well, if you got digs, if you got thirty two,
if you got digs and playing. But you know, as
I was told by played in the locker room. Because
I decided, I said, you got to scold since said, well,
they don't. They don't have corners we got. You know,
I said, you see what they did against Baltimore.
Speaker 1 (11:05):
They don't have corners we got.
Speaker 4 (11:07):
So yeah, can the D line get home?
Speaker 6 (11:11):
D line has a better pass rush in Baltimore's don't
get home. I mean, you got to get home. I'm
just telling you what I was told. You know, I'm
just you know, you go in the locker room, my
past on things, and I'm just these these this came
out there. Just don't shoot the message.
Speaker 4 (11:26):
Let's shoot. I'm just asking a questions.
Speaker 6 (11:27):
I'm just saying that I'm just changing. They feeling themselves.
They're feeling good about themselves. That's the one win, one win.
Speaker 4 (11:33):
What kind of cheese is that?
Speaker 6 (11:34):
What days? Because I brought that up, I said, you
got to score. To me, you know, now we got
a better defense than they do.
Speaker 4 (11:43):
Board meats and the fresh, freshous spruits.
Speaker 6 (11:50):
I can only tell you what I what I've been told.
Speaker 5 (11:52):
Okay, all right, so maybe did I shoot too low
when I said twenty three ten?
Speaker 8 (11:57):
That feels right, Yeah, it feels right.
Speaker 6 (11:59):
That's right.
Speaker 8 (12:01):
They're gonna run the ball a lot once. They're gonna
lead to Let's.
Speaker 4 (12:04):
Get our first break in here, our first break.
Speaker 5 (12:07):
The numbers are not good when you look at the
stack comparison for the Cowboys and the Giants. But somebody
has to win, and we'll do that next with Clarion Hill,
Joe Hooyt. He shocked, Taylor, I new he strikes. This

There was brisb is the holiday? What's the holiday? People
are home? People off the You have a chance to come,
come and visit the family. Cowboys out there practicing.
Speaker 5 (15:03):
These two is thick, Yes, playing something signing autographs afterwards
here so go ahead way Actually they.
Speaker 6 (15:10):
Got I got some friends here who are coming to
the game and they're part of the start Tour thing
a game, and they got a big event over at
the Omni. I guess they're meeting a player meeting Greek
from four to six. Uh so, yeah, people are here
do this game. I'm gonna go over there and say
out to some friends over there who are here coming
(15:31):
to root on the Cowboys. Cowboy fans are coming in
town for this game.
Speaker 5 (15:34):
That they're plenty of tickets available for the game, by
the way, we heard that yesterday, and some great food
options by the way, at the game. Talking about numbers here,
scoring average, the Giants are dead last, fourteen point eight
opponent scoring average, Cowboys thirty first, twenty nine game. May
give me something's got to yes, rushing defense, Cowboys dead last.
Speaker 4 (15:58):
No, Cowboys are thirty first, thirtieth. So they're right there together.
Speaker 8 (16:02):
Who's thirty second?
Speaker 4 (16:04):
Cowboys give it up.
Speaker 5 (16:05):
One hundred and fifty a game on the ground and
the Giants give it up one hundred and forty eight record.
Speaker 1 (16:11):
We can get out of hitting two hours.
Speaker 5 (16:13):
Yeah, man, So this is it's a lot of bad
numbers when you look at here, but but someone's got
to win. And you say, right now, the Cowboys and
that for seventh straight with fourteen out of fifteen against
the Giants.
Speaker 4 (16:22):
Here and as you said, you can.
Speaker 5 (16:24):
Catch it on Dallas cowboys dot com sounds of the
sounds of the game on the sidelines and the Cowboys.
Speaker 4 (16:29):
Feeling good, feeling good. Just don't choke on the cheese.
You can't lose this game.
Speaker 12 (16:33):
No.
Speaker 1 (16:34):
I think the defense has played better to the last
two weeks.
Speaker 6 (16:36):
Yes.
Speaker 1 (16:37):
Actually, Mike could was dominant last week, and so if
the defense will show up and play like they did
the first fifty seven minutes last week, they'll be fine
because New York's not going to be able to score
more than once, and then it's just up to your
office not to turn the ball over, not to do
anything stupid, and just go methodically win the game.
Speaker 4 (16:53):
In a clean special teams game.
Speaker 1 (16:56):
We've been talking about boss At.
Speaker 8 (16:58):
I knows he's been there.
Speaker 1 (17:00):
He'd been a flash point.
Speaker 8 (17:02):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (17:03):
I think the defense, though, too, to your point, has
been kind of improving because I think they're kind of
like kind of finally becoming the thing that they kind
of thought they would be. Michael Parson's coming back. I
think Chauncey Golsen playing d N rather than D tackle
has been huge. He was averaging forty five percent of
snaps at end for the last few seasons. The last
since Week five, he's been at ninety two percent. He's
been at home, he's been feeling good. Obviously, got an
(17:23):
interception last week, and I think Josh Butler coming in
kind of brought that fight a little bit to a
defense that kind of needed it, a little bit of hey,
let's be on just you know, let's have a will
to tackle. They only had five miss tackles last week.
That's been a huge problem for him. Wasn't against Washington.
We'll see if that holds up against Yeah, very good.
Speaker 6 (17:40):
One three, one three, Hook them, hook them, hook them.
You know the good thing about it is, you know,
it's funny because you listen to fan base. They can't
even lose, right we you know, the fan base came
in the season disillusioned about how it did, but they
still had hope because they were twelve and five, we
still got dagas CD. We at least could be a playoff.
And then then the wheels go off. You lose five
straight and so they resigning them said well, let's play
(18:01):
for a draft pick. You know, they everybody want to
tag and play. Let's get the number one pick, let's
play for the draft people, people that bought into the mindset.
And now people are still about it. And now the
Cowboys have won a game, gone from the top five,
and now they out the top ten level. So now
they go, you know, right now, and and they're openly
talking about winning gap how crazy it will be. We're
(18:30):
talking about a conflicted fan base because they deep down
you want to lose. That what you really want your team.
When you don't want your team lose to Washington, I
don't care. You know you want to lose. You understand
the reality of the situation. We lose, we get a
good pick, and you know that helps us ultimately win
later bigger later. But week but week well, of course,
but week the week it's hard to stomach. It's hard
(18:53):
to justify watch your team lose and you want them
to win. So you're talking about a conflicted fan base
because they go on to winning Street. They're still probably
not gonna make the playoffs. But then you mess with
the draft picked, but you don't want your team to
lose to Washington, Philadelphia and the Giant.
Speaker 5 (19:10):
The funny part about it is Normally, when you're wanting
to tank and lose, it's because there's a certain player
there this draft.
Speaker 4 (19:18):
Nor it's like, oh, it's the Lebron teams draft. We're
not trying to win any game because there's Lebron there.
Speaker 5 (19:24):
You know, yes, hey Joe Burrow, you know Heisman Trophy,
there's somebody, there's someone there. There's there ain't no sense
people say Travis Hunter, and all due respect, quarterbacks are
going to get pushed up and Travis Hunter get pushed down.
That's just how this thing works.
Speaker 1 (19:42):
Val correct, correct.
Speaker 5 (19:44):
So that's the part I just kind of and most
fans can't name you five drafts like five good, Like,
hey we any one of these five players fifty.
Speaker 4 (19:53):
They can't name you five and them they just want.
Speaker 6 (19:55):
To pick, yeah, because the it's the idea of checking
for higher pick.
Speaker 4 (20:00):
Just want to hire peak.
Speaker 7 (20:01):
Well, it's acceptance about getting a consolation prize. Frankly to
your yeah, it's like, hey, what can we get from this? Okay,
we can get a top five pick, you know a
little maybe it's a miss Mason Grand from Michigan. They'd
be like, oh no, not another Michigan defensive lineman. So
I agree, it's twenty how things happen.
Speaker 5 (20:16):
So that's the part about that, I just kind of
lacking you. You don't know what you're taking. It's it's
just different when hey man Patrick Ewing is out here,
you know, you know is the key of the dream.
Speaker 4 (20:27):
When you know there's right wind Bey's out here.
Speaker 3 (20:30):
You know.
Speaker 5 (20:31):
Shoot, when eight men was available to the Cowboys, I mean,
no win because you know, Cowboys you can get Troy.
Speaker 4 (20:36):
There's not that guy.
Speaker 6 (20:37):
There's I'm root of content. You know, I'm a content guy,
proove of content.
Speaker 1 (20:43):
So what is it?
Speaker 8 (20:43):
What are you rooting for?
Speaker 3 (20:44):
Then?
Speaker 8 (20:44):
For a win streak?
Speaker 6 (20:45):
If the Cowboys win Thursday, yes, and they beat the Bengals,
do you know how Jerry gonna be?
Speaker 4 (20:56):
How we doing, guys radio?
Speaker 6 (20:58):
How dreaming and telling stories like nobody's business about?
Speaker 4 (21:03):
Because if they glory?
Speaker 6 (21:05):
Hole and so I was bent over like a crippled crickets.
What you know?
Speaker 3 (21:10):

Speaker 4 (24:07):
If they got Texas wind he's he's going and they
go face Georgia.
Speaker 6 (24:11):
We're going to get Georgia. We're gonna get that little
major dog. The major dogs didn't coming. Don't get that

Speaker 4 (24:19):

(27:48):
lot of Tom bra back Tom's fourth and fifth Cowboy game.
Man me put Tom.
Speaker 4 (27:54):
Man.
Speaker 6 (27:55):
When I think of poor Tom, stop it. When I'm
thinking poor time, stop it. I have I thinking about
Cowboy game, thinking about that? Stop the Carideans. What is
that jiu jitsu? I think of poor Tom. He's got
a lot of money. He can you know, he chose
the professional he choose for his wife, having the babe
(28:16):
about the jiu jitsu instructures.
Speaker 4 (28:19):
What else would you like? What else?
Speaker 6 (28:23):
What else you found up? Tom Brady?
Speaker 8 (28:25):
Not me.
Speaker 6 (28:27):
Let me just say, when I think of poor Tom,
Tom White, him having to watch the Cowboy games is
not It's low on my list of poor Tom.
Speaker 4 (28:34):
The game will be on Fox.
Speaker 6 (28:36):
And if you could ever say poor time about the
seven times Super Bowl champion.
Speaker 4 (28:40):
It's that brand champ.
Speaker 5 (28:43):
A radio call one five three of the fans Victor
and Louis Brenz on Spanish radio Carlos Phil Simms.
Speaker 6 (28:58):
Speaking of victory. If you ever want to have something
that feel good about listening to Victory do the call
on the on the kickoff, that's amazing.
Speaker 5 (29:09):
Victor has a bunch of amazing calls. Yeah, the times
when we were in New York. Uh with New Jersey
when they throw them in the in the press box,
clearly hear them and you will laugh at times with
his beautiful calls. With Victor man, when you talking about
a df W legend, then there's Maverick Games.
Speaker 4 (29:26):
I mean the guys. The guy's sensational. Man, He's I.
Speaker 1 (29:29):
Don't want to hear him do hockey. That'd be hilarious.
Hockey got in Eastern European names.
Speaker 6 (29:36):
So so so we haven't had this in a couple
of weeks. It's been a beautiful the beautiful day to
day in df WIN.
Speaker 8 (29:43):
Though, huh, it's gonna get cold again.
Speaker 6 (29:45):
I understand that three o'clock game at and T Stad
is the curtain gonna come and play? I mean the
sun gonna come and play. We got no curtains. Yep,
we're talking about the sun of the game.
Speaker 7 (29:55):
Did you see Golden Hour yesterday at practice? That was
three fifty We go, we go practice.
Speaker 1 (30:01):
We know what the sun is coming up. Yes, they
game playing for a baby.
Speaker 6 (30:05):
Are we're gonna be talking about the sun coming after
the game?
Speaker 4 (30:08):
You shull see.
Speaker 5 (30:09):
I'll say this, and this is very interesting. Will the
sun be there at the halftime show? Because if you're
performing you miss a step or something because that son
the backup dance and go down or something like that. Man,
I hate to see it. I hate to see it.
Speaker 4 (30:28):
Just saying.
Speaker 5 (30:29):
I'm just saying so they can slip and fall some
of my eye. So, uh, we'll see, we shall see.
But you might be right. You might be right. On
the Players Lounge podcast, we do our we do YETI
cool customer, And I said, and that pick one who's
a player that has to be cool on the presure
and I said, it's gotta be Tyler Guy. Tyler get
cannot keep killing drives. We go back to the game
(30:50):
that they've played up there the Meadowlands this year. The
Giants ended up kicking a bunch of field goals. They
couldn't connect on anything. And that Daniel Jones is now
playing for Minnesota, He's not there, but the Cowboys doing
a great.
Speaker 4 (31:00):
Job of killing drives in that game.
Speaker 5 (31:02):
And Tyler Guiden has been a guy who stole too
many drives this year. I feel like tomorrow he has
to be a guy that's not making penalties, especially in
the red zone.
Speaker 4 (31:12):
He's got to be better. He can be better.
Speaker 5 (31:14):
But to me, I think of one of the players, man,
you got to be better.
Speaker 4 (31:17):
And of course Terrence ce just so.
Speaker 6 (31:20):
And you say that we know Tyler Goyton needs to
be better. And some Richards you know, had been alternated
with him, alternating against Washington, and I think that the
way he played against Washington there was a chance to
capital because it's starting him this week.
Speaker 8 (31:35):
But I Awstoin.
Speaker 6 (31:38):
Richards on hor today. He has a high and spring
suffering in Washington game. I saw him olymping. You look
on sounds of the Soland the Turpe runs, you can
see him lymping. I saw him lifting out of the
game and he has He was in a boot yesterday.
So it's going to be on Tyler Guidon because there
won't be no rescueing from Austin Richard to come in
and and and play for him at time. So he
has to clean up penalties.
Speaker 1 (31:58):
You can't come in.
Speaker 6 (32:00):
Tom was available this week. He's available this week for
the first time.
Speaker 1 (32:04):
I think they just have it, and they should. They
have a low tolerance for these pre penalties. Everybody gets
a hole. You get beat, you can't recover, You get
your hand placements wrung. That can happen. Ain't no dog, focus, focus, concentrate, and.
Speaker 6 (32:17):
Boy Brandon cooks me back this week.
Speaker 1 (32:19):
We heard that last week.
Speaker 6 (32:20):
No, he's gonna be back to They activated in the day.
He's officially been activated. Will be back this week to play.
He said he's good to go this week. He was
good to go last week. No, no, no, he had
he had had an issue on Friday. Was the issue
on Friday? He had an issue on Friday. He's good
to go this week. We've had these conversations. We trusted,
We've talked. I listen. Was I sitting down between him
(32:41):
and Jordan the other day? Yeah, I just sit there
and get him, you know, give me a foe.
Speaker 1 (32:45):
Must be nice thing about Tyler.
Speaker 7 (32:50):
Mike McCarthy kind of talked a little bit about this
is that refs are watching him now, reps are watching
film before the games and they say, hey, this guy
is constantly in this one position. He can't be right,
and to your point, it's a drive killer. And guess
what refs are watching this, so it's not even he's
not Eve getting the benefit of down anymore. He is
getting spotlighted by these raps specifically, so he has to
be squeaky clean or else.
Speaker 6 (33:10):
But this is gonna kill drive Connor Williams.
Speaker 5 (33:12):
This is this is Tyler swither Telson, very very simple,
just good.
Speaker 4 (33:17):
I mean, this is not a hard one for him.
Speaker 7 (33:19):
And he started doing it actually during the game last week.
But it's not something with timing, with tempo and stuff
that they think that he could do every play like
there's gonna be things that are going to get the way.
He's just got to learn to do it on his own.
Speaker 1 (33:30):
You just got to be conscientious by the Yes, that's
it's no different than a cat who's fumbling. You just
have to. Okay, I got had his five point protection
on it at all times until I get back into
a river.
Speaker 5 (33:39):
And I said to someone who because they were they
were getting some people are he'sy a bust, right, And
that's why I said it's too early. I said, here's
the problem with Cowboy Fan. At times, you forget who
you drafted and what people were saying. They said it
was go take a minute here, you looked at Tyler
(34:00):
Smith and said, well he got it right away, like.
Speaker 4 (34:03):
This is too too different position.
Speaker 1 (34:05):
Yeah, one is on a star trek and one of
you just seeing if he can be a good player
in the league.
Speaker 5 (34:09):
And Geydon was a right tackle at Oklahoma, and I
don't think people truly understand how big of a switch
it is. One just to play from the big twelve
to the league and now to go from right to It's.
Speaker 1 (34:23):
Driving in Europe. Man, go try driving on the wrong
side the street and you just.
Speaker 6 (34:29):
You and beyond that, when you had left tackle, you
go on to gainst the primitive pass rusident the league,
not necessarily right tackle. You know, they're all coming from
that side. They quarterback blind side, that's where they're coming from.
That's what you're getting.
Speaker 5 (34:43):
And every week and the murderers row of guys that
he got this year to start to see him, yeah,
not fun.
Speaker 8 (34:48):
You couldn't be good for his confidence. I talked to him.
Speaker 7 (34:51):
I talked to him before the season, and one thing
he said was he struggled initially at Oklahoma, but then
he had his cheese at ball moment, is what he
called it. And that was when he went up against
shared verse for the first time and played very well.
His confidence skyrocketed after that. He hasn't had a cheese
bowl cheese upull moment this year. In fact, he might
have had the opposite because he went up against his murders.
Row held his own a little bit against Miles Garrett,
but then a guy like Alex Herpig dominated him. So
(35:11):
I think he's from a confidence standpoint, it's still looking
for that thing to turn the corner.
Speaker 6 (35:15):
Oklahoma, we're that cheese they they bowled out to them. Yes,
they been out of bound the field the time. Let
you know something, middle finger, nickas gone. Nick's gone. Nick
ain't walking back through that though.
Speaker 4 (35:35):
No he's not.
Speaker 6 (35:38):
Y'all get blown out boat, not just it's one thing
that they upset you, last figel, last job, y'all got dressed,
Molly wapped destroy.
Speaker 5 (35:48):
It looks it looked like you guys against.
Speaker 6 (35:52):
You know, no, you score three. You look worse than that.
You didn't. It's okay, but don't say look like us.
It looked like you look we because you saw us.
You saw us, and you saw us A cotton boat
wouldn't even do what no context. Okay, so you saw
what we looked like you saw close the person.
Speaker 4 (36:13):
That's when it looked bad. You looked bad. Drug It
looked like, I mean, Mike Price might never coached the game.
Speaker 5 (36:21):
Mike the boat road tied Mike Price ro It's rolling, No,
it's rolling, baby.
Speaker 3 (36:27):
That was it.
Speaker 6 (36:28):
Do you know what we're talking about? Oh my god,
you don't know what we're talking about. You so young,
young fella, young fellow. Google Mike Price and while he got.
Speaker 8 (36:36):

Speaker 1 (37:43):
That's up.
Speaker 5 (37:46):
Man, so so inside it's before your time.
Speaker 4 (37:51):
So you learning happened before your before you listen.
Speaker 5 (37:55):
These guys have been around to beat a long time
and and I actually come the last team that won
the Super Bowl of them?
Speaker 4 (38:02):
Are you mad?
Speaker 6 (38:04):
Are you mad about the are you mad about the money?
Are you mad about the miners? With d on as Michael?
You mad about the money on.
Speaker 4 (38:10):
The wrecking ball courts?
Speaker 6 (38:12):
Listen?
Speaker 4 (38:13):
He said, he said, no, that's more for me and and.
Speaker 6 (38:16):
And the crazy part. But it'll be funny crazy for
But the sidon was twelve million.
Speaker 4 (38:24):
Thirteen.
Speaker 7 (38:26):
Aboutey because city got thirty twelve.
Speaker 6 (38:33):
I was big money back then. Boy. It was a

Speaker 6 (38:41):
It was a thirty five million dollars deal right ce
he got thirty eight up front, right cash, straight cash
on straight cash.
Speaker 1 (38:48):
It was back back in the mad about the money.
Speaker 6 (38:51):
They weren't mad about the money. They didn't never they
never got their money like that. But it was not
bad about the money was on.
Speaker 5 (38:58):
So DM had all convinced press conference and say, nah,
I'll be good with it because it's gonna be some
more coming from me. More more, big money is gonna
be coming from me. If you're paying a corner, then Dogune,
you're gonna pay the running back, You're gonna pay the

Speaker 8 (39:18):
You know, I thought it was funny.
Speaker 7 (39:19):

I was.
Speaker 4 (39:25):
Saying, Yes, what do you do?
Speaker 8 (39:28):
