Bringing his maiden voyage in here to Ma trade more
former Dallas Cowboy, Jesse, former Dallas Cowboy.

Speaker 4 (01:10):
Just different times, different times, but still yeah.

Same in the in the in the you're here, you're.

Speaker 3 (01:19):
Here, You're here. We've got Ma Harrison in the house.
That's it. I merely knew. Yeah, let's do it. I
merely knew he scrubs.

Speaker 4 (01:31):
Let's go start with you first.

Speaker 3 (01:32):
Man. Man, that's a lot of pressure about Pikes to McDonald's.

Speaker 5 (01:37):
No, no, no, no, this's the players lounge. Ain't no pressure
in here right right, you know.

Speaker 3 (01:40):
It's about the players.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
So I like to ask, because now we can all
be honest, you can all be on all open.

Speaker 3 (01:47):
You went to Texas, ain't now yes, third what they
give you. I'm salty. I'm one of the old players
that sitting there right now.

Speaker 6 (01:58):
I wish and if pays getting played. Like when I
seen the Johnny Manziel documentary and he mentioned that something
might have happened, I said, hold on, why that happened
on your way coming in and my way coming out?
Like you, Hey, if even if Johnny would have rubbed
my elbow. I promised you'll to stay my fourth year,
but hey, I fifth was the fifth. So you know
what it is.

Speaker 3 (02:16):
Did you see the clip.

Speaker 2 (02:17):
From Johnny and Telling on Netflix and he says, hey,
my dad had a conversation with Kevin Sumlin said, you know,
for three million, we'll.

Speaker 3 (02:25):
Stay two years. And he laughed at us.

Speaker 2 (02:28):
He was Johnny was literally he was, he was offended.
If they just didn't go run and give him, give
me three million dollar.

Speaker 3 (02:35):
Back what he said, he was ahead of his time.

Speaker 6 (02:38):
Somebody got somebody got to see the vision before everything starts.
Now you look up, kids is getting five million dollar
nil deal ten million dollars.

Speaker 3 (02:46):
So maybe he was on something. But like I said,
I wish your dad would have spoke for me.

Speaker 4 (02:51):
Good day of the players. Lound what you got for him?
Heck what you got?

Speaker 3 (02:54):
I mean?

Speaker 4 (02:54):
Look, man, you here here, you in here like swimmer,
go ahead.

Speaker 5 (02:59):
And the thing about it is, when it comes down
to finding out who you are de Montree, I'm gonna
ask a bigger question than this.

Speaker 3 (03:06):
Who are your other boys? Now? The Cowboys is my team? Now?
Do you who is your team? Is your team? The Cowboys?
Are you like these guys?

Speaker 5 (03:15):
You got secret teams on the side, he got like
five different teams. I don't even know Philly whoever, whoever,
whoever the Philly quarterback is?

Speaker 3 (03:25):
What about you? Hey?

Speaker 6 (03:26):
Maybe maybe it's the reason why I men just sitting
on the same side of great minds thinking like growing
up in Dallas, you know, I grew up a Dallas fan.
But also I'm gonna say, after playing for a lot
of teams throughout the league.

Speaker 5 (03:39):
I got a couple of side pieces. Listen, all I
asked is that you let it be known who those are.

Speaker 6 (03:48):
Oh yeah, I'm gonna let it you. You interrupted me.
I was about to get it going. Go ahead, Hey man,
it's like the Energizer. But I keep rolling. So we
got Seattle, Saint France, and you.

Speaker 3 (03:59):
Got you gotta do Dallas.

Speaker 6 (04:01):
What he said, Now that you're on this back end,
you obviously you're a little salty when it don't work out,
and you don't have a Victor Cruz story that you want.
But I'm gonna go with those three right now. I
love it what you got from Jess and the Giants. Unfortunately,
I'm sorry I had to throw that shout out to
my boy Jesse armstead of my mentor. But you know
they drafted me. So what he said, I'm torn between

(04:22):
both worlds in my household.

Speaker 2 (04:23):
Jesse looking good. If you had not seen Jesse lately, man,
Jesse looks good. He cut up in the gym. He
looks good.

Speaker 3 (04:29):
Man. Does it looked like he still got about four
five players left.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
No Cowboys, No, I didn't get any question from Make
Make Boys I know this is normally comfortable.

Speaker 3 (04:41):
I thought, I'm gonna get right in a fotball. That's
what I'm saying. Go ahead, get into football. The interview
is over.

Speaker 2 (04:47):
Well, we'll find out who he is by the way
he talked football. Okay, that's how we do it the
locker room, right, come in, That's that's true. How look,
when you come into the locker room, the way you
get your respect in the locker room is don't you
can't talk about it. We don't of a damn where
you came from, don't care where you got drafted, don't
care who your mom and your daddy is, who.

Speaker 4 (05:04):
You're related to.

Speaker 2 (05:05):
Hey, when we go out here in between this fifty
three and the third by one hundred, what you're gonna do,
that's all that matters. So we talked ball. Were gonna
find out who he is and what it's about.

Speaker 3 (05:18):
Barbecue mildew baby. So Sunday Night Football.

Speaker 2 (05:22):
Just finished talking to Cooper Rush and uh and Ceedee
Lamb in the locker room here and this Buccaneers defense
is this is you know, their first place right now.
They played some good teams this year. They might be
better than the eight and six record. Says they are.
In my opinion, that's just me. I remember that game
they gave away to Atlanta on a Thursday night here,

(05:43):
But Todd Bowles is going to a Cooper Rus said,
Tod Bowles is gonna confuse you a little bit here.
So from an offensive standpoint, I'll start with you hecking
me here. What do the Cowboys have to do begainst
this Bucks defense and your penny to get a win
because right now they're four point under dollar.

Speaker 5 (05:54):
First things first is gonna it's gonna be the running
game that they've carried to every stadium for the last
three weeks. They got to continue that trend to keep
Cooper Rush balanced. And as I look at and as
I look at that defense on the other side for Tampa,
who are they in their losses, you know, losses to
the Broncos, losses to the Falcons Ravens Falcons twice actually,

(06:16):
and those are some tough contests. But what you see
is time of possession being taken over by the other
teams and also having success on the ground against them.
So I think they're also susceptible to the pass. And
that's why it's one of these games where you're gonna
have to have a guy like Ceedee Lambs step up,
I mean even more than he has. This is this
is a big This is a big challenge and test

(06:37):
for your offense from where you've come against some defenses
that are subpar, right, and now you get you get
a legit challenge. You get a legit contender that's gonna
challenge you in every area. You got guys like Vita
Vega that's gonna pressure you in the A and B gap.
And we've been talking about this offensive line and how
much improved they've been. But this defense, this defense does

(07:01):
have some challenges and they're gonna bring something. Levante David
is the ageless one. That's that's the guy that I'm
trying to figure out, how the hell is he still
as good as he is this lady in his career.
But man's that's that's gonna be the challenge, trying to
stretch this defense, trying to keep stay balanced on the ground,
but also pick your shots.

Speaker 2 (07:21):
Well, the real Dallas Cowboys offensive line, please stand up.
This what is going to come down to. It's going
to be a trench winner or loser. That's what is
brock Hoffman, are you who you say you are. You know,
Shoting even joked about it last week about losing his
voice and he didn't know if it was from the
play calling for him talking trash. It's easy to talk

(07:44):
trash when a guy across from you ain't that good.

Speaker 3 (07:48):
It's easy.

Speaker 2 (07:48):
It's easy, a little easier when that guy crossed from you.

Speaker 3 (07:53):
You don't feel like he gonna put you in the dirt.

Speaker 4 (07:56):
You're gonna have your head full this week with lo Vieveda.
You gonna have your hands full this week. We're dealing
with Leavontae David.

Speaker 2 (08:02):
You know, you get you get b b back off
the concussion, so he'll slide over to the to the
to the right guard.

Speaker 4 (08:10):
What are we gonna do at left tackle?

Speaker 2 (08:12):
That's been a revolving situation for the last field, like
six seven weeks. Is it gonna be guiding right Who's
gonna be playing out there now?

Speaker 3 (08:19):
Is you know? Uh? Did you get an update on Okay?

Speaker 2 (08:24):
So you know who's gonna be out theret that left
tackle spot. The Cowboys gonna have to show their worth
in the trenches on the offensive line. You know you
saw last week and even though Cooper Rush had three
touchdown passes two of them. If Exavia was had any
sense of how to play the position at safety, should
have been picked.

Speaker 4 (08:44):
Should have been picked.

Speaker 2 (08:45):
I'll give I'll give the one the CD lamb in
the corner. As your CD lamb being being almost quarterback proof,
you just throw anywhere near eighty eight, he'll come down
with the ball. So Cooper Rush is going to have
to be better. To your point, heck, but that offensive
line is gonna have.

Speaker 3 (08:59):
To show who are you? Are you? Are you what
we saw earlier in the year. Are you what we saw.

Speaker 2 (09:04):
These last three games against opponents that weren't So.

Speaker 5 (09:07):
You know that was little suggested little the warming fuzzies
and Warren off need these next three games.

Speaker 2 (09:17):
It's gonna tell me a lot about how who these
people are. The coaching staff, those guys are saying that
you know, we we we are a good team. You
play somebody that's equal to or better than you, show
me who you are.

Speaker 6 (09:34):
Man, that was a mouthfuls of trying to follow behind that,
But my sentiments are exactly the same. Like they say,
the game is one in between the trenches. It's gonna
become a battle between the defensive lines. Right now and
when you say, is it gonna be our exterior? Are
they gonna be able to go over there and put
that pressure on them and make Baker uncomfortable and not
allow him to get the ball rolling, building that confidence

(09:56):
going with the weapons, just like we have Ceedee Lamb
over there.

Speaker 3 (09:59):
They got a g by the name of Mike Evans
is going to come out there.

Speaker 6 (10:02):
So as much as we're talking about the offense's this
is gonna be a real tough battle of hand. And
then you know, just like I know we all been
in the locker room once it started coming to the
end of the year, what are we playing for? Are
we playing for playoffs? Or are we playing to mess
up somebody season? And then also this is this is
the audition for the next few weeks coming up. Are
we going to see the line that you're building to

(10:23):
be that we that you claim to be or are
you going to be the guys that are show ponies
and go out there and say, oh the lights are
here and this and that and now that the season's
over with, now we're gonna lay down in these moments.
So I want to see who's gonna step up and
take that big dog mentality and go out there and
really from the offensive line, I kind of want to
see them have that deep law mentality where he had
the clip where he said, hey man, I really slapped

(10:45):
all y'all right now, and just like just say, hey man,
I don't care who's in front of me.

Speaker 3 (10:49):
And that's how you build your name.

Speaker 6 (10:51):
Like at one point in time, those guys that historically
have come through the offensive line and through the Cowboy
they made their name at the end when they came
over there and said, hey, it's time for me to
show up. Zach Martin din show up being who he was.
Travis Frederick didn't show up being who he was, Tyler
didn't show up. They showed up by getting somebody that
was ready to punch them in the mouse. Or why

(11:11):
not do it right now against videvea and state your
dominance to say hey, I'm laying down like I know
what y'all seeing it earlier.

Speaker 3 (11:17):
But that wasn't no trick. So that's where I kind
of stand on it.

Speaker 2 (11:20):
Last three opponents for the Cowboys, Giants, Bengals, Panthers. All
three of those defenses are suspect and the Cowboys now
their next three games is gonna be against the Buccaneers, Eagles,
and Commanders. So when you talk about who are the
real Dallas Cowboys now you're getting ready to step up
in competition.

Speaker 3 (11:36):
They will be underdogs in all three games here.

Speaker 2 (11:40):
This is going to be, in my opinion, just the
ability to try to see what you can do.

Speaker 3 (11:43):
But at the same time, what can you expect you
keep losing bodies.

Speaker 2 (11:49):
Diggs is gone, Overshown is gone, and while they won Carolina,
at what point in time is just the realization that, man,
you just run out of bodies in this league and
it's hard. Dan Campbell was talking about this in an
interview the other day and he says, nobody gives a damn,

(12:12):
nobody cares. This is your There are a bunch of
guys in that locker room who you have an opportunity now,
because let's be honest, there are times where, yes, you go,
get you a high profile player, draft him or whatever.

Speaker 4 (12:27):
He's supposed to be the guy.

Speaker 2 (12:28):
But there's some other time where some other guys may
get overlooked for whatever reason. Right, there is a there
is a political part of making it, making it being
on an NFL team.

Speaker 3 (12:38):
Right salary draft position.

Speaker 2 (12:42):
Before you get a chance to really get your rocks
off now, you got it? You know you never want
to see I don't care what unit you are in offense, defense,
on line, receiver, running back. There is an unspoken, spoken,
really loud situation. If I'm the fourth, fifth, sixth guy,

(13:04):
I never want to see anybody get hurt, but I
ain't mad when they do.

Speaker 3 (13:11):
Who your back hurt?

Speaker 4 (13:14):
Damn, homie?

Speaker 3 (13:15):
What hate to see it? But he coach, I'm ready
real quick.

Speaker 6 (13:21):
How many times you walk in there and you say, hey,
you go in there? Especially me me being who I am.
I can speak on this highly being a journey man
and coming into that locker room no matter. Like you said,
it's a thing called playing the game.

Speaker 3 (13:32):
Within the game.

Speaker 6 (13:33):
Sometimes you can be the guy, be good enough, know
the scheme and stuff like that, but the stars don't align. Well,
guess what the stars are aligning for this back end
of this roster right now? And this is where this
is your auditioning, Like, yes, we don't. You don't as
the Cowboys. You don't have twenty first round picks. You
can't draft a first round picking everywhere. They're gonna draft
one position. But guess what those other opportunities right now

(13:55):
it's guys like Jaron Bland that are fifty six round
I pick that. It's gonna be guys like them, the
fifth and sixth round draft pick. They're gonna be ready
to step up right now, and like you said, it's
time to go. Like I can't tell you how many
times I walked in there and Big Kat was my coach,
and I look over there and I'd be like, hey, man,
you see me working, you see me killing them. My
past ors rep one on one this week and he say, yeah,

(14:15):
you're gonna have an opportunity. And when you get in there,
you got to strike. It's like I said at the
beginning barbecue or mildew So like when you see that
guys goes down, you know everything is coming. You've been
preparing this whole week. And the coaches at the end
of the year they tell you all the time, Man, hey,
it's the end of the year. We gotta fight. We
looking for guys to step up with guys whoever that is.
I want to see who's going to answer that bell

(14:36):
and who's going to be that unsung hero where we're
going into next year and saying.

Speaker 3 (14:39):
Hey, we got a gym. We found the steal.

Speaker 6 (14:41):
Well, this is the time right now to see if
your front office is doing what they're supposed to do,
and that back end of the draft, the undrafted free agents,
the guys that you brought in during free agency, they
got the low contract. All of y'all have to step
up and answer the bell.

Speaker 3 (14:55):
What they say.

Speaker 6 (14:56):
They ringing the alarms and everybody from the army needs
to rally right now and pull up.

Speaker 3 (15:00):
It's all hands on deck.

Speaker 6 (15:01):
Everybody's getting hurt and everybody is extendable at this point,
especially when you're going into a losing season and when
you had such high expectations. So every stone is going
to be unturned right now. So I want to see
from kickers, snappers to the guards, everybody who's going to
attack and who's going to show up and give us
that spark to where you say, hey, these last three games,
we can depend on him next year.

Speaker 3 (15:22):
He's a building block and he's going to be a fundamental.

Speaker 4 (15:24):
Piece, and just to add a small piece onto that
before give it to you. Heck is, we're.

Speaker 2 (15:29):
Still unsure on what this coaching staff is going to
be in twenty twenty five. Now, this whole thing could
get blown up. Mike McCarthy could end up over here,
Mike zim could end up over here. Gregyallis can end
up over here, and always coaching now go to all spread,
pickote right can end up anywhere. And they start saying,

(15:54):
na I had to mantree in Dallas. We need that,
we need that rotational piece. Nah, I had, I had
new and I had knew I was in Dallas. I'm
over here in Seattle. He know the scheme.

Speaker 3 (16:05):
You know.

Speaker 2 (16:05):
We need a nickel guy, we need, we need a guard,
We need a receipt. So what you're doing now and
the opportunity that you get may not just pay dividends
for you to be a cowboy. When these coaches begin
to be disbanded all across the league, they want to
go and get guys that they know, know their stuff,
know their language, and can be the voice for them

(16:25):
in that new locker room.

Speaker 3 (16:27):
But you you show up and you ain't. You ain't
doing it.

Speaker 2 (16:31):
That phone stuy, hey, coach, you, Yeah, I'm gonna.

Speaker 4 (16:34):
Call you back. You don't never hear from them no more.

Speaker 2 (16:36):
So those are things that can happen in these last
couple of weeks for guys who are looking at and
extend their future.

Speaker 3 (16:41):
It's players, you better keep it.

Speaker 6 (16:42):
Really, hey, they lucky if you get that call and
say hey, coach, and he said, I'm gonna call you
back because the majority of the time ring ring ring,
Hey coach, I know you're busy right now, that's get
called back. But uh, hey, you know I was your dog. Yeah,
he use my dog into that film The Eye on
the Sky Don't Lie.

Speaker 5 (16:57):
So, like I said, it's talking about till the truth
came out, the truth showed up. It's a lot of
guys that the truth showed up on this season. It
real big time, and it's a lot of guys trying
to uncover some to cover up some bad film from
the way they've been playing these last couple of weeks.
But yeah, look, I agree with everything y'all saying. I
mean from a relationship standpoint. You know, look, you want

(17:20):
to be able to establish that. But man, like you said,
I the guy don't lie, And there are some guys
that I feel like, Look, I'm gonna give you one example,
Chauncey Ghoston. Chauncey Ghoston to me with he has maximized
the opportunity that's been given to him. And if whoever
is over there, whoever the coach is. You're gonna look
at ninety nine and you're gonna say, was he able
to capture the edge? Was he able to put when

(17:41):
pressure was when it was called for him to put pressure?
Was he holding up the end? Was he the guy
that was in there holding up everything so that we
could get the back half of this defense read so
we can make stops.

Speaker 3 (17:51):
Was he able to get to stop the run.

Speaker 5 (17:53):
All of those things are going to be included for
guys like Chauncey Ghost and Carl Lawson.

Speaker 3 (17:57):
He stepped in.

Speaker 5 (17:58):
That's another guy that when God's stick are down, that
fourth string guy now is thrust into action.

Speaker 3 (18:04):
Carlos Watkins. What has he done?

Speaker 5 (18:05):
If this ross is gonna be completely and we're just
talking about the trenches right now, not even the back
half of this defense, who are those guys? Because this
thing could look completely different next season because of guys
like oh Sa Diggi Zula. That's that's on the you know,
restricted free agent, all of those things. So look, all
I'm saying to you, all I'm saying is these next
three games, that's where I'm pouring.

Speaker 3 (18:26):
That's what I'm pouring into pudding right there?

Speaker 5 (18:28):
Like, what did you do against the competition that we
had when we had a tandem running back come in here,
like the Buyer and Max from Cleveland. Uh, that kind
of tandem that can run on you.

Speaker 3 (18:39):
What did you do?

Speaker 5 (18:40):
We can go back to the Detroit games when we
saw what happened in that game. We could go back
to the Baltimore game. We saw what happened in that game.
Go back to New York. I mean, excuse me, the
New Orleans game. We saw what happened in that game.
And so again, now after all of that, after the five,
the loser, street streaking, all of that, now you have
a team that is going to run the ball unmercilessly

(19:04):
on you. So they ain't gonna start in the first
and then stopping the fourth.

Speaker 3 (19:08):
It's gonna be the whole game. So I want to
see who stands up to that. It's get our first
break in here.

Speaker 2 (19:15):
There is something about having a matchup against a dude

So at Chris Bean message was sitting in here, you know,
Chris the sniper.

Speaker 6 (23:21):
And when you're on the other side of nineteen eleven,
you heard he know how to make their decisions.

Speaker 4 (23:25):
Now, yes, here we go, see.

Speaker 3 (23:33):
What I can get. I pushed back this.

Now you did, you should?

Speaker 6 (23:46):
You said the warning shot when I walked in and.

Speaker 3 (23:49):
Said, he said, what's that on your neck? Okay? And
all of a sudden, all of a sudden, I look
down and see his wrists. You see two different periods.
We watch the coach.

Speaker 2 (23:58):
Right now we're watching we're watching your quarterback shimmy's way
to the bench.

Speaker 3 (24:02):
That even brought him off of it and terrible quarterback.
But hey, Kappa man, but.

Speaker 4 (24:07):
We're good anyway.

Speaker 3 (24:10):
You're right what they say?

Speaker 6 (24:12):
How many how many honorary cues do y'all have?

Speaker 3 (24:16):
He manar is the Super Bowl quarterback.

Speaker 2 (24:18):
But he let me know when your guy can can
solidify himself and get a contract like my guy dog
team here.

Speaker 6 (24:25):
So I understand if you're gonna look at you because
you're a stat guy, I know you do what you do.
I think your guy and my guy have something in
common that they both haven't won. They both were letdowns
and disappointments, and to a certain extent, Jalen Hurts is
the guy. But at the end of the day, after
you become the guy and you get the money, what
are you supposed to do producing?

Speaker 3 (24:45):
Has he produced yet?

Speaker 6 (24:46):
No?

Speaker 3 (24:47):
He is not.

Speaker 6 (24:47):
So technically, at the end of the day, at the
end of the season, what do we do. We all
sit back and say, hey, who wins the super Bowl?
We're doing the same thing. He's just a prettyish showp on.

Speaker 3 (24:56):
Like I said, who's gonna be Who's gonna be that
Tennessee walker? Who was gonna be that standard bread? Right now?
I look forward to when Anthony Richardson is Jalen's back up.
But they all get paid good. At the end of
the day, it's good. What's in that beats beats? Yes?

Speaker 4 (25:17):
Yes, apple, yes, yeh.

Speaker 5 (25:20):
Literally Moore's here, yeah yeah, hell yeah.

Speaker 6 (25:39):
You you know how you got that one school bully
that come in there and they let you know that
it is my spot. He comes in here, he was
the last one to walk in. I see that on
your chest, and then just kind of just I just
I kept that in my back pocket.

Speaker 3 (25:49):
My dad told me to watch them when they walk in.

Speaker 4 (25:52):
About time.

Speaker 3 (25:53):
I know it was only about time.

Speaker 4 (25:56):
It's gonna be good.

Speaker 3 (25:58):
This is why be good.

Speaker 2 (26:00):
As lines, you will, you will get hay, you will
get shot at you, you will have CHRISTA sniper comes
from the This is the plays line. You don't get
how the instigains on the outside too. We got nothing
doing nothing, but we go out. Jess, you just couldn't
even wait.

Speaker 4 (26:17):
I tried to edify you, man. I saw good.

Speaker 2 (26:21):
I saw him walk in, and I saw I said, oh,
let's see how this works out.

Speaker 6 (26:30):
Just as the cellar, and as will we the arson
He's I just didn't start to fight, but I just knew.

Speaker 3 (26:36):
I just knew.

Speaker 2 (26:38):
I just knew two fat brothers wasn't gonna be able
to say at this table and it be not us
shot thrown shot.

Speaker 4 (26:48):
Hey, you want to talk about Mike Evans.

Speaker 3 (26:49):
Yeah, you know, Mike is Mike. You we get there,
last one. Okay, how are you financial? You want to
talk about Mike Evans?

Speaker 2 (27:00):
So now you say he said, you're trying to say
he putting his back in.

Speaker 3 (27:05):
Hold on, hold on, hold on, first of all, record,
hold on. So I'm straight. I'm straight. Now you ain't
got no No, you stuttering. You ain't got to add.

Speaker 6 (27:21):
I stuttered because I am bewildered, baffled. Be who like
my grandma told me, son, if it doesn't apply, you
don't even have to address it. So, like I said,
let's get to Mike Evans. But hey, I'm gonna tell
you like this, ain't none of that over here. Player
Made New Alpha Chapter Fall twelve, Tail Dogs, Baby, what
you're talking about? Time keeper? I am him him as week.
We do not have no honorary Greek members.

Speaker 3 (27:43):
Do not sign me.

Speaker 2 (27:46):
No, and that's okay. Before the end of the year.

Speaker 3 (27:50):
It's so good.

Speaker 4 (27:51):
You can write them your check you think.

Speaker 3 (27:53):
So I'm good.

Speaker 6 (27:55):
I'm I'm active. I'm active, first of all, I am
active and I am made.

Speaker 3 (28:00):
Yeah, both both both well, hey, both of them by.

Speaker 2 (28:06):
I said, not checked it to call. Yeah, I mean
I need you know, I put into that twenty mili.
You know, the one guy on the players life who
has yet to get back Barry Church.

Speaker 3 (28:15):
He will not get We didn't ask Barry Church.

Speaker 2 (28:17):
If he's gonna give his his forty two dollars.

Speaker 10 (28:21):
You know not.

Speaker 2 (28:22):
He's in Toledo Hall of Fame and ain't give a
dollar to.

Speaker 6 (28:26):
He's on the right.

Speaker 3 (28:27):
Now. You gotta get yourself.

Speaker 2 (28:28):
Got in the Hall of Fame though, if you get
put in the Hall of Fame right, like.

Speaker 4 (28:35):
He's my name's my name holds weaight, Now it's his
personal with Barry you gotta dB room or something.

Speaker 5 (28:41):
It's personal like fifty grand.

Speaker 3 (28:44):
Room, Barry Church, defensive back runer.

Speaker 6 (28:47):
You're definitely gonna have to put a name on the
building or something. My kids can go over here and
be like okay, yeah.

Speaker 2 (28:53):
And he got the bag for shot count. So I
paid him in Jacksonville. So it was like, you know,
but Jared paid him here too. I said, remember, he
gotta pay you off the off the a c M.

Speaker 3 (29:01):
But he's skinning off he's skinning off the shot skinning
off the shot.

Speaker 4 (29:05):
He might be the shots properties that's.

Speaker 3 (29:07):
Always baseball player. Why can't Why can't he?

Speaker 2 (29:10):
That's the thing will probably take maybe this year, but
he got to It's all good. Yes, Mike Evans the
wide receiver, I feel affiliated.

Speaker 4 (29:21):
No, No, Mike like fire.

Speaker 3 (29:30):
I know they had to pay him.

Speaker 4 (29:31):
He's good.

Speaker 3 (29:31):
He had somebody had to break him off.

Speaker 4 (29:34):
Why everybody can't.

Speaker 3 (29:35):
Just go for the love of the game, That's what's wrong.
Why would you? This is true? If you can't, I mean,
come on now, why would you.

Speaker 4 (29:42):
Johnny wasn't the only one.

Speaker 3 (29:43):
I mean in your school. They're doing it.

Speaker 6 (29:45):
They've been doing and I'm at him. I'm not mad
at him either, I'm mad that it didn't happen to me.

Speaker 3 (29:53):
I don't care a big difference, right, Okay, that.

Speaker 6 (30:00):
I was the sucker that sat there and said, he
I love.

Speaker 3 (30:10):
I'm over here swaying. The reason he swam because he
got money in his pocket.

Speaker 2 (30:13):
I'm over here, swa you swam to key Wove. They
swear to make sure the boot to see them bring
back what Ricky Rolle said, just putt put the hundreds
in the bag of the tractor. Dobron blans got a.
It's a challenge here.

Speaker 4 (30:33):
How do you how do you check a guy?

Speaker 5 (30:36):
I mean, I think we've already said about the run
Bland in his career that his real his talent is
the fact that he can guard those smaller wide receivers
when you come up against and that's what he's proving,
that's what he's shown you that from from being a
slock corner. Uh, that's what that's been his forte. But
now you put your toe into the water of a

(30:57):
guy that is probably, you know, the biggest matchup that
he's seen all season. Mike Evans is sixty four, two
hundred and twelve pounds. He's a throwback to the to Os,
the Michael Irvins, the Herman Moore's, the guys like that,
and he is a matchup nightmare for dron Bland. Eleven seasons,
he's what two hundred somed yards away from having his

(31:20):
eleventh one thousand yard season.

Speaker 4 (31:23):
That's on his mind too. And again I don't have
a Hall of Fame vote.

Speaker 5 (31:28):
I don't, but that's Hall of Fame worthy at least,
you know, for God to be able to have that
type of career. But this is a challenge and my
thing for Mike Zimmer, especially coming up against Baker Mayfield
and the different things that he does. Will he travel
dron bland on Mike Evans or will he allow, you know,
just stay to his base and allow these guys to

(31:49):
do what they do. I think again, this is gonna
be one of those matchups when it comes down to
Sunday night, you're gonna be glued in on what number
twenty six does.

Speaker 2 (31:56):
What's gonna make it difficult to shut out or shut
down Mike Evans from a dorn Glands standpoint, is one
of the names that you're going to hear in the future,
maybe not this year, but next year in the coaching
search for head coaching jobs will be Liam Cohen and

(32:21):
the way that he designs this offensive passing game. It's
gonna have to be a lot of communication, condensed formations,
bunch sets. They're motioning every play, every single play, and
so a lot of times, even if you are on him,
you gotta fight through a bunch of traffic, and with

(32:43):
a guy who's six foot four, six foot five, when
you fighting through traffic, a lot of times you end.

Speaker 4 (32:48):
Up on the hip behind trailing, fighting.

Speaker 2 (32:52):
Over and the catch radius is so expand expansive that
even if if you want to, you could be in
the hip pocket, but I could just put it up here.
And that's where Duran Bland is at a little bit
of a disadvantage. And so what's going to what dron
Bland is truly going to need to help his cause

(33:14):
is for Mike Zimber to find some way to get
pressure on Baker Mayfield. Now, Micah has been hell on
wheels the last couple of weeks, partly because he's fresh. See,
Michael missed those four games in the middle of the
season normally when we got this is just how his
career has been. When we got to November December, he's
wore down two hundred and forty five and fifty pounds

(33:36):
playing on the trenches. By the time he got to
late into the season, you saw his pro You saw
the pressures go down, the sacks go down, all of
those things go down. Well, now he had that month
off of football. You add those small little by weeks
that he's had in between there, he's playing much fresher.
That's why you see his burst looking So. I mean,
he had some last week where he he was legitimately

(33:59):
shot out of cannon. You got your hands full this
week with with Trician worse. That ain't that ain't no baby,
You're gonna have to You're gonna have to deal with that.
So Dran Bland being able to match up with Mike
Evans and slowing Mike Evans down and that passing offense
down is gonna be tied to a string on can
they get to Baker Mayfield? Can they get him back

(34:19):
in that pocket erratic happy feet dancing around Because what
Baker will sometimes in that craziness in his mind, I
got Brett farv armed when you don't got Brett far
of arm, And you'll start dancing around there, moving around,
and you'll see it. God come up and you think
I could just sling it down there, and it gets
him in trouble. So so for Durran's sake, he needs

(34:39):
to hope that the guys up front are able to
get some pressure on Baker Mayfield because the way that
Liam Cohens has that that offensive passing game layered and
those motions are gonna start giving those telltale signs, those
easy buttons where he can go with the football right
now is gonna be critical down in and down out
for the passing game, Baker, we will give you the ball. Statistically,

(35:03):
he will give you the ball. There looking at turnover margin,
they are negative two, uh, tie for eighteenth in the league.
Cowboys are negative five, tied for twenty seconds. So there
are opportunities, yes, And also when it comes to penalties here, well, Cowboys,
my gosh, one hundred four penalties fourth in the league.

Speaker 3 (35:23):
Tampa Bay not as much. But but you've got it.
You've got an opportunity to try to force Baker into mistakes.

Speaker 6 (35:30):
You gotta you got an opportunity to force Baker and
mistake as far as that, like you said, deep with
the D line, Michael coming back, him being fresher, but
not even just with him being fresher and coming off
the ball like you said those other this is where
it's gonna I really, like you said, I go back,
go back to what you said earlier. I look at
the cog pieces, the Carlos Watson, the backup guys that
are coming in, because we know Michael's gonna get his,

(35:50):
just like we know Mike is gonna get his. Mike
is going he's that guy. He's he's been a thousand
yard receiver. In certain games, it's about, Okay, can we
minimalize how much she get his everything through?

Speaker 3 (36:01):
The Bucks win in doubt?

Speaker 6 (36:02):
Mike Evans it out, ye, So know that you're going
to be test drawn when you go out there. It's
not so much as what can you do to shut
him down and do this and that. I want to know.
Can you go out there and punch him in the
face and say, hey, man, I know this is the
end of the season. I know y'all are playing for something.
You're going to the playoffs. You're about to go in
there banged up and hurt. But also with being banged
up and hurt, don't get too overly aggressive and be

(36:23):
a hit or miss and say, hey, we're going.

Speaker 3 (36:25):
To get a pick or we're going to get a touchdown.
I want you to go in there.

Speaker 6 (36:28):
And bruise him up just a little bit to let
him know that you're going to be there all day,
and then keep him contained right there. And then once
you start to keep him contained, then hey, whenever those
big plays come, because you know, like you said, let
Baker do what Baker does. Baker's gonna win you a
game or he's gonna lose it. He's one of those
guys that he I become more of a Baker fan
this year because he's a confident guy.

Speaker 3 (36:49):
And those are the most dangerous.

Speaker 6 (36:51):
Guys when you're playing on the field, when you start
getting that swager. Like you said, I throw the bread
far throw. But the reason I can do that is
because I have guys like Chris God. When Mike Evans
down there, it's going to catch that. But he built
it up with that confidence. So right now, don't let
Baker get into this confidence. Trust to know that he's
gonna throw you that pick. And when he throws you
that pick, get your energy. And then after that you
take it down there and you keep going and build

(37:11):
off of that momentum you caught it back in. Help
the front, front end, help the back. And that's where
it's gonna come down to. It's not so much as
Derun versus Mike Evan. It's going to be Dallas defense
versus Mike Evan. Do not let Baker get into it.
On top of that, you let him know that you're
in the hip pocket and anning be that annoying that.

Speaker 3 (37:27):
On the wall. All right, we gotta get another break
in here. We got sidetracked.

Chargers who are eight and six AFC West Battle.

Speaker 3 (40:32):
They flexed this game, so some.

Speaker 2 (40:35):
People aren't happy about it. The Chargers are favored by
two and a half in this one. Heck, mo, Who're
gonna pick the win this one?

Speaker 5 (40:42):
You know what, I'm gonna go with the Chargers, man,
I'm gonna go with the Charger. Even though the Broncos
are a pleasant surprise I'm gonna go with the charges.
They need some bounce back right now, and I'm gonna
go twenty three seventeen.

Speaker 3 (40:58):
You got man look saying that football action. Man, I'm
gonna go over there. I know he's not there no more.

Speaker 6 (41:05):
But in the great words one of my former teammates,
Russell Wilson, let's right, I'm gonna take them Broncos and Stylius,
my boy Chris Ban special team coordinate over there.

Speaker 3 (41:14):
They humming right now. Man.

Speaker 6 (41:15):
They got the momentum. The young quarterback is throwing it.
The receivers are starting to come together. So I think
they're gonna kick that charging team while they're down to
go ahead and put them out.

Speaker 3 (41:25):
That's cool. No, I'm not good. I'm not good at scores.
What he said.

Speaker 6 (41:29):
I picked winners, all right, Jesse. I picked I pick
winners and losers. Man, just show up. It don't matter
if we went by one or we we went by hunting.
It's okay. It's a lot of pressure.

Speaker 3 (41:42):
There you go. It's gonna be like.

Speaker 4 (41:46):
No, no, no, no, don't get off right there, right, don't jump offside.

Speaker 3 (41:52):
I'm watching them.

Speaker 2 (41:55):
Got she wanted to jump off side?

Speaker 3 (42:00):
Shot?

Speaker 2 (42:00):
Yeah, give give me, give me the Broncos, Give me
the Broncos.

Speaker 13 (42:05):
Man.

Speaker 4 (42:06):
To Demontra's point, man bow Nicks is playing. Well. What
do we have to say about coach Sean Payton? Is
he is?

Speaker 2 (42:13):
He kind of rewriting his story a little bit because
he was kind of on the outs a little bit
about you know, we know what you were in New
Orleans and now you go over there. It didn't work
at first with Russell and people start saying, well, I
guess you ain't as good as you think you are
when you don't have a Hall of Fame quarterback and
Drew Brees leading away for you. Is Sean Payton get
a little bit of a little bit of redemption as
he's grown this thing with the bow Knicks.

Speaker 3 (42:34):
I think Sean is what he's always been. Sean's good coach. Okay,
Sean's a good coach. He got damn good defense too.

Speaker 2 (42:40):
Sean was a good coach when he was with the
Giants until things went sideways when he and fossils during
that Super Bowl run.

Speaker 3 (42:45):
And you know he came down here and show what
he could do. Sean's good coach.

Speaker 2 (42:49):
Man, give me give me Denver twenty three seventeen.

Speaker 3 (42:54):
Twenty three seventeen.

Speaker 2 (42:55):
All right, I will go with the go with the Chargers, man,
I feel like the Chargers this one.

Speaker 3 (43:00):
You're you're at home last week smoked.

Speaker 11 (43:04):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (43:05):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (43:06):
So I expect a twenty I'm looking for twenty six
to twenty four football game. I think there's two good teams,
two good coaches, and I think we'll have a battle.
B I just I'm just gonna go with the camera.
Dicker ended up kicking the field goal to help them
win it. Twenty six twenty four?

Speaker 3 (43:21):
Is that?

Speaker 6 (43:22):
Is that? A?

Speaker 2 (43:22):
Is that a shot? Because Cameron Dicker went to Texas and.

Speaker 3 (43:25):
He's been shooting at me all day. I'm ready to
get back. I'm ready to get back.

Speaker 6 (43:29):
Sometimes the shots twenty four seventeen, twenty four, No, twenty
four seventeen.

Speaker 3 (43:34):
When you hit the you win. That shot come from
twenty four seventeen.

Speaker 8 (43:38):
That Carolina education, I all the math, Carolina cent his end,
he's got hot Chargers seventeen.

Speaker 3 (43:51):
Twenty one seventeen. Man, Jesse, thank you for coming in
