Welcome to a special pit stop of the 34o Podcast. In this episode, I pause to reflect on the powerful journeys we’ve shared so far — stories of intimacy, shame, healing, and presence. I also give you a glimpse of what’s coming next. And I’d love for you to be part of shaping that journey: comment on the episodes, share your reflections, tell me what themes you long to hear more about, or even if you have your own story to share. This isn’t just my podcast — it’s ours. A living conversation we’re building together!

And if you’d like to go even deeper, I’ve begun sharing subscriber-only content — guided meditations, intimate practices, and more in-depth interviews and conversations around intimacy. Things like slow sex exercises, breathing meditations, and explorations of presence. If that resonates with you, you’ll find them right here in the podcast.

I’d love your input: what do you want more of in future episodes? Vote in the poll — I’m listening!

Most of all — thank you for listening, for reflecting, and for being part of this journey

(00:09):
Welcome back to 34 OI. Want to take a moment, a little
pit stop, to reflect on what's emerged from the first episodes
and also share a glimpse of what's ahead.
In just a few weeks, the 34 O Podcast has grown far beyond
borders. Today, listeners are tuning in
for more than 15 countries, fromSweden, the US, Germany, the UK

(00:34):
to India, Norway, Switzerland, Poland, Malaysia, France,
Australia, and even beyond. What excites me the most is that
these conversations on intimacy, shame and presence.
They resonate across cultures, different languages, different
backgrounds, yet the same human questions.

(00:57):
And it shows me one thing the world is ready for deeper, more
honest conversations about love. From the very beginning, the
invitation this podcast has beenabout presence, not performance.
About daring to ask different questions around intimacy, shame
and love. From where my daughter shared

(01:18):
her perspectives on young men today.
Often insecure, not fully present, lost in porn to the
powerful healing journeys and experiences of pleasure we've
heard. As Moore said so beautifully,
healing is true intimacy. It's who we are when conflict
arrives. And Britta reminded us, shame

(01:40):
lives in the body, but presence is what slowly dissolves it.
And Carrie, who said true masculinity is about stability
and responsibility, not performance.
And Julia's story still echoes in me.
If you don't love yourself first, you cannot truly show
your children how to love. You only pass on your own shame.

(02:04):
And it's about truly healing yourself and daring to go the
path. And Linda captured something
universal. For years I didn't know how to
receive. I thought intimacy was about
giving. But learning to receive changed
everything. Susanna's journey stuck me
deeply, moving from giving her body away to finally being

(02:27):
present and enjoying intimacy. These voices shows us this isn't
just about sex. It's about how we show up as
humans, how we love, how we stay, how we dare to be
vulnerable. And there's so much more coming.
Andy from New Zealand shares rough reflections on

(02:48):
masculinity. Mistakes and presence and
honesty shape our relationships.A conversation about courage,
boundaries and the power of being real with each other.
Eric tells his story of passion and the courage to stay about
shame from a male perspective, desire and the struggle to ask

(03:11):
for what he truly needs. And we'll also go deeper with a
full episode together with more on shame, intimacy and healing,
on women being told they're either too much or not enough,
and men who are being taught that vulnerability is a
weakness. And we'll meet with Fejo Freya

(03:32):
Dotir, a somatic coach, where wewill explore nature, rituals,
body awareness and the wisdom ofthe Norse goddess Freya.
So here is my invitation to you.If any of these stories
resonate, please comment on the episodes, share your
reflections, and if you feel youhave your own journey to share,

(03:55):
reach out to me. Tell me what themes you'd like
to hear more about. This podcast is not just mine,
it's ours and Mosaic we're building together.
Stay curious, stay present, and let's keep going.
