Whew… this episode opened up *a lot* for me.
Accepting your past? It’s not easy. It brings up old emotions, confirms hard truths, and forces you to look at things you’d rather leave buried. But here’s the thing—dipping into the past isn’t about staying stuck in survival mode. It’s about understanding where you’ve been so you can shape where you’re going.
In this episode, I share how looking back can actually **brighten your future**. When you analyze what was, you can better prepare for what’s to come. And instead of letting fear, doubt, or self-sabotage control the direction of your life, you can create healthier coping mechanisms that deal with the *root* of those patterns.
Here’s the truth: your mind doesn’t need to accept your past—your heart does. Real change starts in the heart. When your heart accepts what happened, your mind will follow… and the shame, guilt, and “stuck” feeling lose their grip.
This one’s personal.
Listen in, and then comment to let me know which part hit home for you.
