As monday.com’s first salesperson, he played a pivotal role in the company’s hypergrowth—expanding revenue from $6M to $511M, helping grow the team from 16 to over 1,600 employees, and leading sales operations across multiple global offices. With a Master’s in Organizational Behavior & Development from IDC Herzliya and a BA in Business Administration, Aron brings a strategic and hands-on approach to leadership, sales, and team building.
