Also in the whiskey multiverse: a distillery in California is aging barrels by blasting them with music. They’re calling it “sonic aging.” I’m calling BS and giving it the roast it absolutely earned.
Then it’s time to dig into the $100 million lawsuit aimed at Nearest Green Distillery. Missing barrels, Martha’s Vineyard real estate, and creative accounting so bold it might qualify as performance art.
