COVID is NOT gone people! Our bodies are dealing with the virus much better now that we have been able to build up antibodies to fight the disease. However, it does mean we should abandon our safety and protection techniques to prevent the spread of viruses and bacteria amongst us.
Our hands carry a lot and pick a lot of germs. Hands are by no means sterile. Therefore, we should keep are hands away from our eyes, mouths, and faces. Hand washing is essential to prevent the spread of disease but cutting down on the number of microbes we harbor on our hands.
