In this episode I sit down with my yoga teacher, Alexandra McRoberts. I think of Alexandra as an old soul in a young body. She truly is blooming into the most incredible spiritual voice, teacher and being, guiding many women in her yoga programs and community and through her sobriety community. She is a teacher, an author, and a really fun, grounded person too with a great sense of humour and a lightness of touch in her approach which is so important.
