 "COOEE." The host, Sasha Stanton introduces herself and shares her journey, starting from her rural background and the series of tragic events that led to a mid-life change in perspective. The host discusses their strong connection to the land, their childhood, and their experiences in the agricultural sector. She also speaks about her education, marriage, and the challenges she faced, including the death of her father, her child's accident, and the breakdown of her marriage.

The host describes their journey through three phases: Breakdown, Breakup, and Breakthrough. They explain how they hit rock bottom, questioned their life choices, and began a spiritual journey to rediscover themselves.
