John's new book is a playbook for leading transformations. Together, Mickey and John discuss the keye elements of a transformation, from establishing a proper vision, to running project update meetings, they cover both strategic and tactical efforts needed to lead these large scale efforts. John helped roll out what we know as the Amazon Marketplace, which opened the doors for third-party sellers to offer their products at Amazon, dramatically increasing selection. He is a best selling author, and his new book offers a playbook for leading transformations.
