Sarah-Jane Goulding is a highly skilled MELT Method Instructor and Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist with over 30 years of hands-on experience in the healing arts. Based in Holmer Green, she works with individuals of all ages and abilities to reduce pain, improve movement, and restore balance through her signature blend of bodywork and fascia-based therapy.
Sarah-Jane began her career in massage therapy with an intuitive understanding that healing touch could truly transform lives. After gaining her Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage qualification (the highest level of massage certification in the UK), she built a thriving practice in an osteopathy clinic, helping countless clients recover from chronic pain and injury.
Her own life took a turn when she suffered four prolapsed discs, a debilitating injury that left her in daily pain. It was during her own search for healing that she discovered the MELT Method, developed by Sue Hitzmann. MELT proved to be a cornerstone of her recovery, and it inspired her to train and become a certified MELT Instructor across all four levels.
Today, Sarah-Jane blends her deep knowledge of fascia, postural alignment, clinical massage, and MELT techniques to offer 1-to-1 sessions and small-group classes. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, managing a chronic condition, or simply looking to move and feel better, Sarah-Jane brings empathy, expertise, and a deep commitment to your wellbeing.
