Dr. Mark Trolice is a board-certified reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist, renowned for his expertise in reproductive medicine, patient advocacy, and medical education. As Founder & Medical Director of The IVF CenterSM, he has dedicated his career to helping individuals and couples overcome infertility and achieve their dreams of parenthood.
A Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Central Florida (UCF) College of Medicine, Dr. Trolice has been a trusted leader in fertility treatment and education for over two decades. He is a Fellow of the American Colleges of Obstetrics & Gynecology, Surgeons, and Endocrinology, a distinction held by very few physicians. He has been recognized as a Top Doctor in America® annually, ranking among the top 5% of doctors in the U.S., and was honored with the Social Responsibility Award by the National Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Association in 2018.
Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Trolice is a prolific researcher, educator, and media expert, serving on committees for the American Society for Reproductive Medicine and the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology. He frequently appears on TV, radio, podcasts, and national publications to discuss reproductive health and infertility treatments. In 2019, he launched The Fertility Health Podcast, featuring insights from national experts on reproductive medicine, and in 2020, he published his first book on the infertility journey through Harvard Common Press. Dr. Trolice is also deeply committed to patient advocacy and education, having founded Fertile Dreams, a non-profit organization that provided national scholarships for IVF treatment and fertility awareness seminars for over a decade.
