Steph is a Lecturer in Strength and Conditioning at Cardiff Metropolitan University, where she recently completed her PhD on the influence of biological maturity and strength kinetics on young weightlifters’ performance. An accredited strength and conditioning coach, she also coaches young athletes at the Youth Physical Development Centre and the British Weightlifting DiSE programme.
