As the daughter of a dietitian, Becca is no stranger to testing out new healthy food recipes, food alternatives for patients on restricted diets, and even new medical equipment such as insulin pumps and CGM's. Being involved in improving patient outcomes from a young age is what peaked her interest to join the medical field.
From the age of five, Becca began developing a variety of symptoms from chronic allergies. Years of medications, allergy tests, immunotherapies, elimination diets, and surgeries only scratched the surface of treating these symptoms. In 2021, Becca's mother discovered the MRT food allergy test and LEAP program and knew that if this could help Becca, it would truly benefit many of her other patients.
