"Overcoming: Learning to Let Go" is such a powerful concept. Letting go can mean different things for different people, but it often involves releasing control over things that we cannot change, forgiving ourselves or others, or even giving up old patterns that no longer serve us.
It can be difficult because we tend to hold on tightly to our beliefs, emotions, past experiences, or expectations for the future. Yet, letting go often brings peace, growth, and freedom.
In this episode I share my journey of overcoming and letting go and how it's never been the same, but how it has Always been liberating.
