Speaker 1 (00:01):
What's up, chick. I had to call you, girl, cause
I've been sitting here thinking about how much my life
has changed the past couple of years, hell, even these
last couple of months. Now, if you've noticed, I probably
gonna go. I had to put myself in a witness
protection so to speak for a minute, because, honestly, girl,
I was doing too much. I realized I was vibrating

(00:22):
on a frequency that, excuse me, didn't even belong to
me anymore. I was moving way too fast and living
life way too curiously. But we're not doing that no more.
Welcome to the first official call. This is hey, babe,
you got a minute, and today we're talking about why
I had to change the station. So let's get into it.

(00:45):
So now when I'm out, people see me and the
first thing they say is Asia, girl, where have you been?
And the answer is simple, I have been evolving. I
realized that my Tequila Talks era was a vibe for
a season that was way overdue, but that life constantly
had me hitting a wall. I was a landing pad

(01:06):
for everyday chaos. If someone needed a drink, they call me.
If someone wanted to hit a bar, they called me.
If someone was throwing a party, they called me. But shit,
when I looked at my future, I was at a standstill.
I wasn't going nowhere. So I had to stop being
so accessible. I had to realize that if I wanted

(01:29):
to live this luxury penthouse life, I couldn't keep a
basement guest list or mentality. Now, question, have you ever
felt like you were outgrown your own skin? Like the
people around you are talking about the same shit they
were talking about three years ago, and you're just like
over it. Right, that's called a frequency shift. Now here's

(01:52):
the people. Here's the part that people don't like to
talk about. That changing the frequency isn't just about like
positive vibes and manifestation and lighting candles and shit, right,
It's about doing an audit. So like, for instance, I
had to look at my contacts and in my text messages,

(02:12):
and I had to see who I was giving my
energy and my time and even my money to and
child some of those people did not make the cut.
And it's not that like I hate them more, I
dislike them, or I have bad blood towards them. It's
just that our signals just don't align anymore. You know,
when you start setting these boundaries. Now, people are gonna

(02:34):
call you weird. People are gonna say that you moving
weird and you acting different, but good, you know what
I mean? Tell them thank you. If I'm still the
same person that I was last year and the year
before that and the year before that, I've honestly failed myself,
and being quote unquote weird just means that I finally

(02:55):
started saying no to the things that no longer served me.
So what does that new frequency even look like? And
to me, it looks like consistency. Now with this podcast,
I'm making a bow today to myself and to you
that we are now locked the fuck in every Wednesday.

(03:16):
No more disappearing, no more going ghost. Because when you're
independ house, you don't just show up when you feel
like it. You show up because that's the standard. And
if you've been on this journey with me, you know
that I've started multiple projects and never have finished. But
this time I'm here for good. I'm trading the noise
for peace. I'm trading the yes girl energy for me

(03:40):
girl energy, and I want that for you too. Now
I'm not gonna keep you long because I know you've
got things to do and I do too, But before
I hang up, I want you to do one thing
for me. Look at your top five most recent collars. Now,
do those people match the version of you that you're
trying to become. If not, it might be time for

(04:01):
you to change your number mentally, if not literally. Anyway, go,
I'm glad you picked up. Now make sure you hit
me back in the group chat. Okay, I gotta go.
I'll call you next Wednesday and you better answer. Love
you bye,
