In this episode I talk about the Comfort, Growth and anxiety zones, which is something I learned in my time at NLU.
I go into how I am trying to connect the dots between these things, nervous system regulation and connection to others. I talk about how these things have helped me.
Whenever diving into work like this, or breathwork, float, cold plunge and other things, I also want to make sure that others feel safe. Please make sure you feel as safe as you can with those you are with and working with. Trust yourself and your body.
The ADHD train takes my brain at one point so please excuse that. lol
