This week I’m laying it all bare — how I keep running headfirst into my old self-sabotage, right at the brink of feeling most alive and aligned.

I talk about the messy necessity of rest (yes, even when guilt claws at your throat) and why slowing down is a violent act against the parts of us that only know how to hustle and prove.

Then I take you inside a Ghost concert where nobody was allowed to record a damn thing. No screens, no distractions — just thousands of people present, pulsing, breathing in unison under the same electric spell. It was powerful, not oppressive; a collective exhale that somehow woke us all up.

We'll get into music, connection, intuitive living, forging your own messy, beautiful path, and how this is all part of the personal alchemy — the shadow, the sabotage, the pause, the scream, the surrender.

This is your invitation to be more unapologetically you, even if it pisses some people off. Especially if it does.
