Your soul has a soundtrack. Some people just weren’t meant to dance to it.

Some people are jazz. Some are death metal. Some are heartbreak ballads wrapped in synth-pop skin. You, my friend, are your own song — and not everyone is going to like the sound of your becoming.

In this episode, I talk about the intimate connection between music, frequency, and alchemy. From my early love of Billy Joel to the silence that followed cutting ties with my mother — and the strange peace that came full circle while watching his documentary — this one is personal. Grief, healing, and resonance all play a note here.

I also reflect on recent conversations about sound and identity, and touch on the recent passing of Ozzy Osbourne — the prince of darkness, the amplifier of unapologetic weirdness — and what it means to carry a frequency that won’t be dimmed.
