Acai Bowl Recipe
Ingredients:
1 packet of frozen acai puree (unsweetened)
1 frozen banana
½ cup frozen blueberries or strawberries
½ cup almond milk (or any plant based milk of choice)
Toppings: Granola, sliced banana, fresh berries, chia seeds, shredded coconut, or nut butter.
Instructions:
Blend the acai puree, frozen banana, frozen berries, and almond milk until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a bowl and add your favourite toppings.

Chia Pudding Recipe
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey(optional)
Toppings: Fresh fruit,nuts, shredded coconut, or nut butter.
Instructions:
In a jar or bowl, mix the chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla extract, and sweetener.
Stir well, let it sit for 5 minutes, and stir again to prevent clumps.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Add your favourite toppings before serving.
