Currently hosting a show on female-led London station Foundation FM, Helena is a force to be reckoned with. From Boiler room to overseas shows she really is a superstar. Helena continued to DJ whilst pregnant and is still as busy as ever as both DJ and mum of her one year old little boy. We talk about managing the night-shift, the importance of community and accepting the change of identity entering motherhood.
