Caution: This episode contains discussion on domestic violence and homicide listen with care.

In this episode, I share why I chose not to release my previous episode, the challenges of telling my own story, and why I’m taking a short break to focus on my master’s program. I open up about the recent rise in domestic violence homicides in our community and the generational impact of abuse from my personal experience. I also discuss the urgent need for change—shifting perceptions, closing legal gaps, and empowering men to be allies in ending abuse. Let’s stand together, advocate, and support survivors.
