Many women have been conditioned to tie their value to achievements, relationships, or how much they give to others. But true worthiness isn’t something you earn—it’s something you already have.

In this episode, I share a pivotal moment in my healing journey when a simple yet powerful question changed my perspective and allowed me to confront deep self-contempt and the ways I unknowingly rejected care because she didn’t believe I deserved it. I examine how unworthiness can be an unconscious form of self-harm, a way to stay small, and even an act of control. I also explore how holding onto unworthiness can be a form of self-harm, keeping us stuck in shame and preventing us from accepting love, grace, and healing.

Worthiness is a birthright, not a reward, and shifting from self-contempt to self-compassion can create lasting healing. I invite you to step into your inherent worth and embrace relationships that honor and respect you.

Take a deep breath—you are worthy.
