In today’s episode of Sher Talks: Healing & Growth, I went a little deeper into the emotional space I touched on last time. While Episode 3 was about learning how to sit with my emotions, this one is about what happens when those emotions get heavier — when they linger, feel loud, or feel like too much.
This isn’t a guide, but rather a reflection- raw, real, and unfolding. Sometimes healing is about just making room for the emotions that feel impossible to carry. This is me doing that.
