Manifesting! It’s been a buzz word ever since Oprah told us about The Secret. The idea that the thoughts we think can create what we experience is fascinating. I’ve always been intrigued by the concept of manifesting but only recently have I come to see that one of the most important ways to do it consciously is based in practice. And that’s what I’m sharing in this episode.
