EPISODE 1: The Law of Divine Oneness – Everything is Connected

Welcome to the very first episode of our podcast! We’re kicking things off by diving into the foundational truth behind all spiritual and universal understanding — The Law of Divine Oneness.

You may be familiar with the Law of Attraction, but did you know it’s just one of 12 Universal Laws? In this episode, Kim and Gina explore the very first and most foundational of them all: the Law of Divine Oneness — the idea that everything in the universe is interconnected.

From the spiritual to the scientific, we unpack how this law is at work in every aspect of your life. You’ll learn:

  • What the Law of Divine Oneness actually means — and why it’s the root of all other universal laws
  • How your thoughts, emotions, and energy affect not just you, but the collective whole
  • The ripple effect of kindness, negativity, and intention — and how your inner world creates your outer world
  • Scientific support for interconnectedness through concepts like quantum entanglement, the butterfly effect, and fractals
  • Spiritual insights into collective consciousness, intuition, and divine energy
  • What ancient texts, major world religions, and even biology have to say about unity and oneness
  • How to embody this law in your everyday life to create more peace, purpose, and alignment

We also get personal, sharing stories from our own lives, family dynamics, and the importance of embracing your own wholeness before expecting it from the outside world. Kim shares a beautiful moment with her father that reveals how this universal truth bridges belief systems, while Gina brings in mystical interpretations of Jesus, spiritual downloads, and how to tap into the collective hive mind.

Whether you consider yourself spiritual, religious, scientific, or just curious — this conversation is for you.

Key takeaway: When you recognize that you are not separate from others, from nature, or from Source… everything begins to change.

🎧 Tune in and learn how embracing the Law of Oneness can help you become more connected to yourself, others, and the universe.

Gina (00:00):
In August we have a couple of pivotal points happening.
So the full moon in August isAugust 9th, and then we have our
New Moon in August on the 23rd.
So the full Moon on August 9this in Aquarius.
It's all about shifting yourthinking.
Community, bringing communitytogether, big global changes and

(00:25):
a very diverse perspective onwhat is happening globally.
But this is all about thecollective coming together.
And then with the New Moon andVirgo on August 23rd.
It's really going to highlightyour health routine, self-care,
getting your body in balance, but also giving you this

(00:47):
profound reality check to makechanges in your own life.
So putting that all together.
There's gonna be this want andthis need for community and
bringing things together.
And then with the full Moon andthe New Moon, both are shifting
your thinking so that your body, soul, mind are all coming into

(01:10):
balance.
So you're gonna expect a littlebumps in August if you don't go
with the flow, but also expectmagic to come in as well,
because with this.
New Moon and Virgo and reallydiving into self-care, there's
gonna be something for that, meaning like there's gonna be a

(01:31):
purpose for it.
So there might be a lot ofpregnancies coming in.
There might be a lot of.
Body changes, tuning intounexpected surprises.
That's really diving intofertility as well.
So August, if you're trying tomake a baby, have at it and have
so much fun.

(01:51):
'cause August is a month to doit.

Kim (01:54):
We are going to be kicking off our first few episodes by
talking about the 12 universallaws.
Now you probably have heard ofthe law of attraction.
This is obviously very popularright now.
It has been for some time, butwhat you may not know is that
this is just one of theuniversal laws, and each law is
just as potent and as importantas the law of attraction.

(02:17):
Many of these laws you may haveheard before in some context or
another, but you probably don'trealize that they are all a part
of this full system of ideologythat not only explains but
governs how the universe works.
And this is true on a verylarge.
Macro level, but it's also verypersonal individual on a micro
level as well.
So what are universal laws?

(02:40):
Most people would describe theseas spiritual laws, not
necessarily scientific laws, butwhat I think is important to
point out is that they didevolve from a mixture of
philosophy and modern science.
They were built over time uponobservations and experimentation
which is scientific in nature, but typically when you were

(03:02):
talking about scientific laws,it's very direct specific, A
plus B, equal C type of laws.
Whereas universal laws are moreof these kind of overarching
broad categories, and withinthem that many different
concepts.
As we dig into each of theselaws, what you will come to find
is that everything we know to betrue about life.
Reality in the universe fitsvery nicely into one of these

(03:25):
categories, and you'll be hardpressed to find anything that
negates or disproves them.
As a matter of fact, once youlearn these concepts and really
understand them, you willcontinue to find more and more
proof and more and moreevidence, including scientific
evidence to support them.
You can really look to thesewhen making any kind of
decisions, and inevitably theselaws will become a set of

(03:48):
principles or guidelines foryou.
Anytime someone's interested inlearning about spirituality or
manifesting, I always encouragethem to look up the 12 universal
laws because it is just such agreat starting place, for anyone
that is seeking transformationor understanding.
So of course, it made sense forus to kick off our first podcast

(04:08):
by discussing them.
So what are the 12 universallaws?
We have the law of divineoneness, the Law of vibration,
the law of action, the law ofcorrespondence, the law of cause
and effect, the law ofattraction, the law of perpetual
transmutation of energy.

(04:29):
I know that one is a mouthful.
The law of compensation, the lawof relativity, the law of
polarity, the law of rhythm, andfinally, the law of gender.
Now we obviously won't have timeto go through all 12 laws in one
episode, so just know we do haveparts two and three and so forth
to come until we get through allof them.

(04:50):
But for today, we're going tostart with just the first law,
the law of Divine oneness.
So the law of divine onenessstates that everything in the
universe is interconnected and apart of a unified whole.
Essentially, we are all one andwe are all connected.
Gina, do you want to kick thisoff from a spiritual standpoint?

Gina (05:12):
Oh yes.
So I absolutely love thespiritual law of oneness because
it's the basis and thefoundation for all of the other
laws.
And everything grows from thisspecific law.
So in talking about the law ofoneness, it talks about the

(05:33):
collective mind.
And I recently heard thisanalogy that I'm gonna share
with you and it makes so muchsense to me, and I hope it makes
sense to you too.
I want you to imagine all of usare in our own individual houses
and we all have electricity.
Right.
So when you get home from work, you turn on the lights.

(05:54):
When I get home from work, Iturn on the lights and we all
plug in to electricity.
And if we think aboutelectricity as source, and
turning our light switches on asenergy.
We all plug into the sameelectric current, the same
electric source.
And there is this profound thingthat happens of my electricity

(06:21):
is no different than yourelectricity.
And we all plug into the sourceof electricity and it's all
swirling around us.
It's not an individual energyflow, There's no way to say My
electricity is my electricity, and it doesn't go into your home
at all whatsoever.

(06:42):
We are all connected by source.
And when we connect into source, there is this divine
consciousness, this sourceenergy, it's within all of us.
Just like we all haveelectricity in our homes we are
all interconnected.
So the positive influence on,say our hive mind, our

(07:05):
collective consciousness, ifwe're all high vibe and all
positive, we share that withinthe collective consciousness.
The same thing goes withnegative emotions like trauma,
fear of rejection, pain, sadness, um, grief, all of that
we.
Feel that collectively, how manytimes have you walked into a

(07:29):
room and you have been in thebest mood ever, and you walk
into a room and you feelsomething funky and you're like,
oh my gosh.
And it shifts your energy,right?
A lot of that is being an empathand being telepathic, and we
will get into that in a laterepisode, but for the sake of the

(07:49):
law of oneness.
When we walk into a room and wefeel that energy, we are tapping
into the collective energythat's in the room.
Your attitude directly lines upwith what happens in your life.
If we think more positively, theoutcome is gonna be positive.

(08:11):
If we think more negatively, theoutcome is gonna be more
negative.
And so if you can control yourthoughts, you can ultimately
create your destiny and yourreality, and your subconscious
mind doesn't know the differencebetween reality and dreams.
I talk about this with myclients all the time.

(08:32):
When we're talking aboutcollective energy and what's
really transpiring I talk tothem about leading by example.
If you're trying to get aparticular outcome, instead of
trying to force it, control it,shove it in its place, if you
lead by example and you becomebalanced and whole, then it has

(08:56):
this ripple effect across yourfamily, across your friends, and
you will notice over the weeks, the months, the years that your
energy.
From you making a choice startsto have this ripple effect
across your family and friends.
So I want you all to try thiswith your family and friends or
coworkers.
Bring about the energy that youwant in the situation and see

(09:19):
how it unfolds in a morepositive way, because this is a
really concrete way to implementthe law of oneness and get some
return on it.
And see what actually takesplace.
We are all interconnected and Ifeel like all of us have had.
Those experiences, especially indealing with COVI and politics

(09:44):
we definitely were feeling thecollective of what the hey is
going on, you know?
Mm-hmm.
And so if that doesn't prove it.
I don't know what will, butyou'll notice that when one
person is happy, we're allhappy.
When we're miserable.
It's easier to be around moremiserable people.

(10:05):
Tapping into this collectivehive, this collective brain is
all about knowing that you havea piece of God, a piece of
creator within your heart andyour soul.
It talks about that in the Bibleand it talks about that in every
spiritual text that we are allone.

(10:28):
We are all interconnected.
We have the creator's energy inus, and that's what makes us so
special.
We are not disconnected, we arenot separate from it.
We are all one, and if wedirectly connect into source and
our creator, that is the onlyvalidation that we need.

(10:49):
That is the only way forward isconnecting into source,
connecting into the creator, knowing that we are all one and
having that outlook.
And oh, by the way, it'll makeyou a better person too.

Kim (11:03):
Yeah, absolutely.
I love what you said about theripple effect, because this is
actually.
A scientific concept as well.
But I think like on a veryindividual level, when you talk
about the ripple effect onesmile creates many more smiles.
One act of kindness creates manymore acts of kindness.
And so thinking about it.
From that level, I think justhelps put it into perspective

(11:26):
for people.
And I also love what you saidabout plugging in.
I love that analogy, like thatpicture in my mind of plugging,
in to get electricity becauseit, I.
Is plugging into, the God withinyou, the intuitive mind within
you.
Intuition is also a scientificconcept.
There have been many experimentsdone and they have proven that

(11:48):
your intuition can sense things.
It knows things.
It's right far before youranalytical mind And so You have
these moments of, how did I knowthat?
Where did that come from?
Or when you channel, you know, this Gina obviously very well
you channel all the time.
Yeah.
It's like downloaded informationand, I do this a lot when I'm

(12:08):
writing.
I'm like, whoa, who wrote that?
I didn't, you know, I wouldn'thave, my analytical mind
wouldn't have come up with thatyet.
It went down on the paper.
And where is that coming from?
And you're definitely right.
It's coming from deep within, but it's this collective mind,
right?
We all have differentexperiences.
We're all viewing the world fromthese different perspectives

(12:30):
and.
Together.
That's what makes the whole, andthat's really what this law is
about, the law of oneness, together, we are unified.
We are one whole people, onewhole universe.
I did wanna touch a little biton some science here behind it.
'Cause as you know, I love totalk about that stuff.
But the interconnectedness ofall things can be observed in

(12:54):
many different areas of science.
In physics, on the subatomiclevel we have particles.
We know they're all connectedbecause of concepts such as
quantum entanglement.
Biology gives us the food web, which illustrates how all
organisms are connected throughtheir relationship with others.
There's the cascade effect, which, if one organism dies off,

(13:15):
there is a ripple effect.
Throughout the ecosystem,impacting.
All other species and the entireenvironment in ecology, all the
ecosystems on earth areinterconnected through the
movements of water, air, nutrients, plants, animals, and
so forth.
We see this in the butterflyeffect, which tells us that our
actions affect everyone andeverything around us, even if we

(13:39):
don't realize it or see it rightaway.
It's that hypothetical idea thateven a small butterfly flapping
its wings could somehow cause atyphoon, which is just wild to
think about.
There's fractal patterns.
There's these repeating shapesand patterns that are found
throughout the universe.
Which also demonstrate that, atour core we are all the same.

(14:02):
For example, there's spiralpatterns and shells and
whirlpools and hurricanes, galaxies, even our own DNA, we
see the golden ratio or pie.
Throughout the universe, youknow, it's this mathematical
concept, but it's found in allkinds of different forms and
objects and creatures, from thegreat pyramids in Egypt to the

(14:22):
tiniest speck of sand to thehuman body.
And the list could go on and on.
But we absolutely see this inscience in so many different
ways.
Everything is interconnected inone way or another.
And when we talk about oneness,I think it's really interesting
to compare humans with theuniverse.

(14:42):
If you look at like the veins inyour hand, you look at the veins
in a leaf, they're so similar.
You can look at the human brain, the images of galaxies, they are
indistinguishable from oneanother.
And again, back to where Istarted, you see this in quantum
physics.
We are all made up of the samething.
At our core, we're made up ofthese subatomic particles that

(15:03):
create every single thing in theuniverse.
The fence post your dog, yourcar, the clouds in the sky, the
galaxies, you, we all are madeup of the same subatomic
particles.
So in that sense, again, we areall one.
And you talk about the Godwithin, if you wanna look at
that from a scientificstandpoint, the Big Bang is the

(15:25):
most accepted theory for how theuniverse was created, which says
that it began as this singlepoint of existence, one tiny
ball of energy that expanded andcontinues to expand, create
everything that we see aroundus.
So we all did come from the samesource.
That's not really debated amongscientists, that's, they're all

(15:45):
in agreeance on that being themost likely scenario.
The majority of scientists, except that all life on Earth
shares a common ancestor.
But that also, takes us intoreligious beliefs because who's
to say what we call this source.
Many people would call thissource God, or Allah or, you
know, whatever name eachreligion gives to the source.

(16:08):
But you find this idea acrossmany different religions.
So doesn't matter if you'relooking at Christianity or
Judaism, Buddhism, Hinduism, I'msure that there's more, now,
oneness obviously means, different things among each of
these, but they do all emphasizeoneness and unity as a core
principle in one way or another.

(16:28):
Most all religions have that incommon, and again, just fits so
nicely underneath this universallaw.
There's also many points in theBible.
John 1721 through 23 may all beone.
As you father are in me and I amin you, may they also be in us.
I have given them the glory thatyou gave me, that they may be

(16:49):
one as we are one, I and them, and you and me, so that they may
be brought to complete unity.
And then again in Corinthians 12through 27, it really breaks
down how there are differentparts of the body that make up
the whole.
And each part is incrediblyimportant to every other part.
You know, our hands, our eyes, our nose,, each part has a job

(17:11):
to do and they all need eachother.
And that's really this metaphorfor people together being one
body, one spirit.
There's so many passages aboutGod being within us and about
being created in God's image tocreate as God creates.
Jesus was kind of this exampleof that, he was believed to be

(17:31):
the son of God, but also to beGod in human flesh.
And of course he createdmiracles., If we are all one,
we're all connected.
Then we are also one with God,just as we are one with each
other, one with nature, one withthe universe.
So regardless of your ideology,it's there.

Gina (17:49):
So I just have to chime in on this.
Mm-hmm.
With my personal interpretationof Jesus and the Bible.
There are so many mysticalundertones in the Bible.
It's absolutely nuts.
Even if you're not a Christian, not into the Bible, totally get
you and feel you have your backin this.
But there's so many mysticalpoints.

(18:11):
From a medium standpoint, Jesuswas one of the greatest mediums
of all time.
He was a medium.
He was an alchemist.
He turned water into wine.
He healed people of laying on ofhands, took sickness away,
helped people in that miraculousway.
And oh, by the way, he talked toGod.

(18:33):
He talked to angels.
His crew and his posse talked toangels and talked to God like it
was a very mystical time periodin our world So I love that you
brought Jesus into this becauseI think he's really cool,
mystical person and take thosemystical principles and wisdom

(18:55):
and make them our own.

Kim (18:56):
Absolutely.
And I love that you're pointingout that, you don't have to be
religious to understand thisconcept and to apply it in your
life.
I think, I don't think my dadwould, uh, mind if I shared
this, but my dad would considerhimself to be atheist Now, I am
the furthest thing from that,right?
I am very spiritual.

(19:17):
I wrote a book all aboutspirituality.
And so it was this really, scarything for me when I handed my
book over to him to read.
'cause I thought, what is hegonna say about this section on
faith and.
I mean, I honestly thought hecould have just handed it back
to me and said, this is completerubbish.
Like that's how scared I was ofit.
Oh my gosh.
But he read it and he came backand he was just, in awe saying,

(19:40):
I love everything you said.
I agree with everything yousaid.
And so to come at it from thatstandpoint that whether you are
atheist, whether you'rereligious, whether you're
spiritual, these.
universal laws work foreveryone.
Its often just a differnce interminology.
But I just found it sointeresting that we could agree

(20:02):
on these concepts of, this powerbeing within us and being among
us, this connectedness toeverything that there is.
And to me that's deeplyspiritual.
Um, but again, this is auniversal law, so it doesn't
matter where you fall on thespectrum of your beliefs.

(20:24):
This applies to everyone andeverything.
My dad actually handed me hisbible afterwards.
His copy of the Bible, whichit's kind of this impressive
thing to hold in your handsbecause you can tell he has read
that thing from cover to covermultiple times.
He has like notes all along themargins.
He's highlighted, he'sunderlined.

(20:44):
There's articles and clippingsput within the pages.
And, um, he's, my dad's a verysmart man.
He taught history.
He's a, he just has a veryanalytical mind and, when he is
interested in something, hedives into it.
And so he has always been veryinterested in God and religion
and the Bible, and he has, likeI books upon, books upon books

(21:04):
from every different angle, every different point of view.
They actually line the shelvesof my house now, um, just
because I have so many shelves.
Not because I've read them all,Um, but anyway, I had opened.
The reason I'm telling you thisis because I had opened the
Bible.
To check one of these quotesthat I was going to use, and I
opened this page and this littleclipping fell out and it was,

(21:26):
from a newspaper.
I mean, you could tell a long, long time ago.
It's very discolored, but it'sthe family circus and it's this
little boy, and he's with hismom, and they're looking at this
great big canyon.
And little boy says, the rangersaid the river, dug the canyon
Mommy.
And you said, God did it.
Who's right?
The mom's looking like, oh gosh, how am I gonna answer this?

(21:47):
You know?
And I think that thatillustrates just so wonderfully,
we're all wanting to say, who'sresponsible for what?
Is it the Ranger?
Is it the canyon?
Is it the river?
Is it God?
The answer is yes, it's everyoneand everything.
And I just think that that'sreally important to remember,

(22:07):
when we're looking at.
How to use this guidingprinciple in your life.
It kind of goes to, look at thegolden rule, look at karma.
Treat others the way you wannabe treated.
What you put out there, you getback, you know what you do to
others, you inevitably do toyourself.
Be kind, be helpful, be humble, and you'll receive those things
that return.

(22:28):
And I think that that's reallythe major, thing that you need
to understand about the law ofoneness.

Gina (22:35):
Yeah, absolutely.
This brings me directly to yourbrain is a muscle.
Mm-hmm.
Right?
And so if you think about yourbrain as a muscle and as a tool,
what you feed it, it thenproduces.
So the more that you can learnto control the mind and control
your thoughts.

(22:55):
And get into the vortex ofpositive energy, that vortex of
magical energy going intoquantum physics with all of
this, the more that you canreally tap into that.
And hold that true.
The more blessings you are thengoing to have in your life.

(23:17):
And it's such a powerful thingbecause a lot of people, I will
even say this, no offense to mymen out there, love you all to
pieces, but sometimes you'll saythat you are a realist.
When really you're a pessimist.
Mm-hmm.
And it is not connecting in andnot realizing, hey, you know

(23:39):
what, if you're in traffic andyou're in a bad mood,'cause
you're in traffic, you'reprobably gonna be stuck there
longer.
And you're gonna feel bad inyour body.
But then if you think morepositive thoughts, like yeah,
maybe the traffic is gonna breakup, but at the very least you're
not gonna be in turmoil in yourbody while you're sitting there.
You're gonna feel better.
It's not gonna be as stressful.

Kim (24:01):
Absolutely,.
I always thought I was arealist, until I met my husband
and then I realized, no,actually I was a pessimist.
He is just such a positivethinker.
He won't even tell me if he is.
Sick.
I'd be like, are you okay?
Yeah, I'm fine.
He will not speak of it.
And you know what?
Yeah.
That man gets sick and he getsover it within 24 hours.
He's just fine the next day.
It never lingers on with him.

(24:22):
It's wild.
It's wild to actually see thatin person.
But everything just works outfor him all the time.
And when it doesn't.
It's like no big deal.
He's just like, eh, whatever.
And, and then it becomes no bigdeal.
Um, so I always love going tohim with my problems.
I know that he reallyappreciates that as well.
But it's because he'll be like, what, what are you worried

(24:44):
about?
You know, so what, okay, yeah,we'll deal with it.
It'll be fine.
And sometimes you just need tohear that and you need to say
that to yourself, have faith inthe fact that.
You can work through anythingthat you're resourceful and that
you'll figure it out.
Whatever comes up, you canfigure it out.
You got this.
And I think like keeping that inmind is very important.

Gina (25:05):
Yeah.
I love hearing about your hubbyand his level of positivity.
Mm-hmm.
Because I, that's how I am also,that's how I live my life.
Mm-hmm.
And if we think about thisconcept of the law of oneness,
like if we really strip it downbare bones, without all of the
science, without all thespiritual stuff, it is becoming

(25:28):
one with you.
That's what it's all about.
Becoming so balanced in yourmind, so balanced in your body
and in your spirit, that youbecome one in whole with
yourself, which equals one inwhole within the creator, which
then goes out to this universaloneness, so it's like the

(25:51):
oneness is really being createdwithin your vessel, within your
temple.
And then in return or whathappens because of that, you are
one with the creator because thecreator is you and because
you're one with yourself and thecreator being you, then you're
one with the collective is sucha beautiful way to look at it.

(26:17):
And who doesn't wanna feelwhole?

Kim (26:21):
For sure.
And yeah, if you want love.
Love yourself first.
Mm-hmm.
That's the only way you're evergonna be able to receive love or
attract love If you wantrespect, respect yourself first.
You know, set your boundaries.
Be intentional with the way youshow up in the world.
So it's like don't just treatothers the way that you wanna be

(26:41):
treated, but treat yourself theway you wanna be treated.
Be kind to yourself.
I heard this statistic one timeand I'll.
I don't know the exact number, but it was some crazy number,
like 85% or something.
Of people's thoughts arenegative or negative Thoughts
about themselves, about theirenvironment, about their life.
Think about what you'recreating.

(27:01):
If you are one with theuniverse, you are one with
nature.
You're one with God.
That means you are creating allthe time.
And if you're speaking sonegatively to and about yourself
or other people like.
Cut it out with the gossip, youknow, like that's not, it's just
you might as well be gossipingabout your own self when you're
doing that.

(27:22):
And I'm, don't get me wrong, everybody loves to gossip from
time to time.
You get me and my best friendtogether, we're probably gonna
say a few things that wewouldn't want anybody to hear.
It's just the way it is.
Like, I'm not nodding that, butcatch yourself.
When you're doing these things, when you're thinking those
thoughts, when you're sayingsomething mean about somebody
else or making fun of somebodyelse, catch it.
Pivot.
Try intentionally to startthinking better thoughts and

(27:46):
making the things that comeoutta your mouth beneficial to
the whole.

Gina (27:50):
Mm-hmm.
Yeah, absolutely.
Because when we gossip or whenwe're talking about people,
we're judging them, right?
Mm-hmm.
And when we're judging someoneelse, it takes you away from
oneness.
Because you're then saying, whoGod or the Creator created over
there doesn't meet myexpectations, so they're bad and

(28:12):
wrong.
And then we're judging theirspiritual path.
And I see this a lot in myspiritual world where people get
like so woke and so spiritualthat they're like, oh, I can't
even be around negative peopleanymore.
And I'm like, really?
Give me a room full of negativepeople and watch me work the

(28:33):
room.
Mm-hmm.
You know, and, and you do, youlight up the room.
We can't judge other people'sspiritual paths.
We can't do it.
There's a purpose for everyoneand there is a profound purpose
for pain.
Yeah.
And when people are goingthrough pain, it is a calling
from our creator, from theuniverse.

(28:53):
To cleanse it.
Mm-hmm.
Which means changing ourperspective around it,
experiencing pain, so it changesour perspective so it can then
be cleansed away so that we riseto the next level of
consciousness.

Kim (29:09):
Yeah, everybody is going through something.
And I think recognizing thatrecognizing yourself and others
is so important.
Give them the benefit of thedoubt.
Try to.
Look at it differently insteadof looking at it as, oh, I can't
believe this person said that,or, why are they frowning at me?
Or, just think, man, they'regoing through something.
I need to be even more kind tothem right now.

(29:30):
Mm-hmm.
And I think in that samerespect, when you're.
Talking about like the way thatyou talk about others, celebrate
other people.
I think that is so important.
Do not let jealousy and envycreep in.
Again, it's natural, but catchit when it happens.
When I'm seeing people that arefrom my hometown or my state and

(29:51):
they're doing these amazingthings in the world and they're
creating businesses and they'refollowing their dreams, they're
living in this beautiful placeor whatever it is.
I am celebrating that.
I'm going, wow, good for yougirl.
You know, like I'm reallyintentionally.
Like egging them on.
Because I really truly believethat what comes into your

(30:13):
consciousness, what comes intoyour awareness is meant for you
to see.
And so I think it's reallyimportant.
You know, we only see about 1%of the electromagnetic spectrum,
and when you think of that, thatall of these different things
are going on, all of theseenergies that we're not privy
to, and then you also look atthings like the reticular

(30:34):
activating system, which isbasically where there's.
Millions of different thingsgoing on all around you, you
have no chance of being able tofocus on it all.
And so your reticular activatingsystem is this part of your
brain that tells you, Hey, lookover here.
Look over there.
See this, you, we always hearthe example of the, the car,
right?
You find a car that you like, all of a sudden you start seeing

(30:56):
that car everywhere.
The car was always there.
You just didn't realize itbecause it wasn't.
In your awareness, you weren'tthinking about it the most.
Mm-hmm.
Um, we'll talk about this morewith the law of attraction, but
yeah, if someone else can do it,take that as a sign from the
universe, as a sign from Godthat you know what you can too.
Because there is noseparateness.
You're the same as the world'srichest billionaires.

(31:18):
You're the same as the world'sgreatest athletes.
You're the same as the world'smost incredible minds.
And if they can do it, so canyou.

Gina (31:25):
All right, guys.
Next week we will pick up rightwhere we left off with the law
of vibration, and we are superpumped to talk about this one
too.
We'll see you guys next time.

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
