In this episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Matt, a business owner and former physiotherapist who has transitioned to helping runners overcome injuries through an online program. Matt shared his journey of moving from in-person consultations to a fully online business model, highlighting the challenges he faced, particularly with sales and closing rates.
