Speaker 1 (00:00):
Happy Halloween, New York City is facing something far scarier
than naughty outfits. Brandon Strack is here to give us
the latest on the most consequential election coming Tuesday. Plus,
the FBI disrupted a Halloween terror plot in Michigan. We've
got the majority leader of the Michigan Senate here to react.
The FBI also has a new label for organized crime
(00:21):
in America with ties to Israel. We'll analyze the government's
actions and we'll hit the campaign trail in South Carolina.
It's all next to the mac Gates Show. Let's do
this shaking up Washington, d C. We're breaking the fever.
Speaker 2 (00:35):
Do you ever watch this guy in television.
Speaker 3 (00:37):
It's like a machine.
Speaker 4 (00:39):
He's great, Matt Gates.
Speaker 1 (00:44):
It's Halloween and New York might get the trick and
not so much the treat in the upcoming election Tuesday.
As we join you this evening, New York City maybe
in its final stages as a capitalist city. Every indication
is that socialist Zoron Mamdani will be the next mayor
of Gotham. Polymarket gives the socialist state lawmaker a ninety
(01:05):
five percent chance of victory. I guess that's pretty high.
Even a last ditch effort by former Governor Andrew Cuomo
to get some sort of momentum. It's fizzled. Despite late
backing from New York's billionaire class. Most figures within the
Democratic Party, like New York Governor Kathy Hochel and House
Minority Leader Hackeing Jeffries, have accepted the likely fate both
(01:26):
for New York and their own political party. They've endorsed
mon Dami and he might be the new face of
the Democratic Party. He's taken out a Cuomo in New
York probably twice.
Speaker 4 (01:37):
That isn't easy.
Speaker 1 (01:39):
He's also used populist themes like reducing regulation and making
hallal more affordable.
Speaker 5 (01:44):
New York is suffering from a crisis, and it's called halalaflation.
How much does a plate of helal cost right now
from this.
Speaker 4 (01:50):
Truck, Tindalla.
Speaker 5 (01:55):
These are the four bills that are sitting in the
City Council right now which would give these vendors their
own permits and make your helal more affordable. But Eric
Adams hasn't said a single word about them. If I
was the mayor, I'd be working with City Council from
day one to make halal eight Bucks again tastes like
ten Bucks for the Shiv eight.
Speaker 1 (02:14):
This style of campaigning seems to be spreading beyond just
New York Czeck Minneapolis, where Canadate Omar Fete has the
very same zoron energy.
Speaker 6 (02:24):
By Somalia Somalia Here, I state, I always let early morning,
why hada November four, I need your vote.
Speaker 7 (02:43):
I wanted I need you.
Speaker 6 (02:47):
Hadanina. Hello, we're gonna win.
Speaker 1 (02:51):
I guess in twenty twenty five. This is what democracy
looks like. Ace Polster. Mark Mitchell explained that young people,
even those who supported Trump, want to see the system
torn down.
Speaker 8 (03:03):
Yeah, zoomers are not happy.
Speaker 9 (03:04):
They essentially want to burn the system down because they
think it's economically unfair to them. And they really aren't principled.
They don't care about liberal or capitalism. They just want
things fixed. And they hit a sixty percent sixty percent
favorable of Donald Trump's job approval back in February. Now,
where are they, Well, he's in the thirties with them.
Speaker 1 (03:23):
I think there was a misunderstanding that just because young
people were voting for President Trump, that they were somehow
doctrinal Republicans in the mold of Republicans that had come
out of our movement over the last three decades. But
something is far different. Donald Trump was seen as an
attack on the system, and in many ways candidates like
Fetee and Mandami are showing that they will indeed attack
(03:45):
the system, but not with something that gives Americans more
productivity and prosperity, but that leans right into the Stalinism
and Leninism that has failed.
Speaker 4 (03:55):
Everywhere it's been tried.
Speaker 1 (03:56):
Within New York to fight back against this, there is
a conservative resistance building. They don't want to let mom
Domni destroy Gotham with open borders, targeting white people and
distribution of wealth. New York City Councilman Frank Morano came
on to talk about how he would defend his Staten
Island constituents.
Speaker 10 (04:14):
I'm ready to use the bully puppet of my office
to loudly resist any of his crazy stuff. I'm willing
to partner with moderate Democrats that are intellective office, both
in the city council level and on the state legislative
level to slow down some of his more radical agenda.
And I have an attorney on our staff that's ready
to file lawsuits for every single time that a potential
(04:36):
mayor mom Donnie tries to violate the law in pursuit
of his.
Speaker 1 (04:40):
Own radical agenda, joining us now founder of the Walkaway campaign,
Brandon Strock.
Speaker 4 (04:45):
So, Brandon, I am depressed.
Speaker 1 (04:47):
I feel like there is no hope Mondami is going
to run away with this thing. Is there any expectation
for any last minute moment in this campaign or is
the cement starting to harden?
Speaker 8 (04:58):
Well, listen, it's been an uphill battle since the very beginning.
We never knew.
Speaker 11 (05:02):
We always knew this was going to be a very
tough fight, a tough race, and that the odds were
stacked against us. Here's a few data points that I
think could give us some encouragement. Number One, we're seeing
an all time record high in early voting, like an
over five hundred percent surge, and that includes Staten Island,
which is solidly read for the most part, even they
(05:22):
are seeing a massive spike in early voting. The other
thing is that of all of the people who are
coming out to early vote, more than fifty percent of
these people are over the I think sixty sixty percent
of these people are over the age of fifty five.
Speaker 8 (05:35):
This is not Mom Donnie's base.
Speaker 11 (05:37):
So I think that there is a massive surge of
people who are coming out to vote against Mom Donnie.
I've said since the very beginning, if we're going to
win this race, including if no one drops out, we
just need to drive record high turnout. The big day
is Tuesday, so there's still time.
Speaker 8 (05:55):
I don't know. I think that there's cause for optimism.
Speaker 11 (05:57):
Let's not count our chickens before they've had The Fat
Lady hasn't completely sung yet.
Speaker 8 (06:02):
Let's stay optimistic. Let's see what's going to happen.
Speaker 4 (06:04):
All right, I'll put away the cyanide pills.
Speaker 1 (06:06):
You've got me a little more cheery with the news
that Staten Island was overperforming. I don't think those folks
in Staten Island are showing up to vote for Mom Dani.
I think they're probably showing up for one of the
other candidates.
Speaker 4 (06:18):
But you know, it begs the question.
Speaker 1 (06:21):
You're a strategist who's built your career as an operative
on reaching out to people who are not part of
the traditional Republican base and giving them an open invitation
to join the team. Could Republicans have had a better
strategy in this campaign with I don't know, like backing
more of a Bloomberg type or a Giuliani type, or
(06:44):
you know, is this just the way it goes, where
we slice and dice our share of the electorate and
watch someone like Zoron rise to the top of the polls.
Speaker 8 (06:54):
Okay, this is where I start taking cyanide pills.
Speaker 11 (06:56):
Just to be clear, when we start talking about the
strategy of the Republican Party, the Republican Party as areas
all over the country that they've completely abandoned.
Speaker 8 (07:04):
And that's the truth. The New York City is one
of those areas.
Speaker 11 (07:07):
You know, somebody decided a long time ago New York
was not worth fighting for. And certainly I think that
more of an effort could have been put forward, no
matter who the candidate was, to get behind it and
push really hard. I think, as hard as we possibly could.
That hasn't really happened. But I think also looking back
at the very beginning of this entire race in New
York City, everybody and that includes the Democrats, that includes
(07:29):
Andrew Cuomo, that includes just about every citizen of New
York was caught off guard by the primary victory of
Zoran Mamdani.
Speaker 8 (07:37):
Most people did not see this coming.
Speaker 11 (07:39):
So I think maybe if back then people had taken
the threat more seriously of an avowed socialist, which again
is just soft communism, an avowed socialist emerging as the
front runner for the Democratic Party, I think that they
would have taken this race a little more seriously. But
the truth is that should be happening in every election cycle.
(08:00):
We shouldn't be abandoning districts of our country or entire
regions of our country.
Speaker 8 (08:04):
We should be fighting. That's why I'm here.
Speaker 11 (08:06):
I mean, that's literally why I'm here, Matt, because I look,
I came to New York knowing that, again, this is
an uphill battle. It's a really tough fight. But I
don't believe in running away from tough fights. I think
if we're going to permanently change our culture, if we're
going to actually start winning an election, winning elections in
areas that are solidly blue, we have to create a
ground game that goes on and on and on, and
(08:26):
we can't just give up on certain areas.
Speaker 8 (08:29):
I'm not going to.
Speaker 4 (08:30):
Neither is President Trump.
Speaker 1 (08:31):
If you look at some of the biggest gains for Republicans,
it was in a lot of these places where the
gain isn't enough to produce a win maybe in a
mayoral race or in a statewide contest. But you see
that directional movement, and it's something that can be built on.
We've had a number of people come on the program
and say, Okay, if Zoron wins, that makes this.
Speaker 4 (08:54):
Council seat all the more important.
Speaker 1 (08:56):
That makes getting a little more balanced in the state
legislature all the more important. That means getting a legal
strategy to stop some of the takings that he's promised
on the campaign trail critically important. If this guy gets
in there, is there enough of the kind of other
stuff you can do in politics to stop him, or
is he going to have a mandate to go and
do these very troubling things.
Speaker 11 (09:18):
Well, I think that once again, you know, the odds
are stacked against us as it pertains to our local
government here in New York City. But let me again,
let me try to put a positive.
Speaker 8 (09:27):
Spin on this.
Speaker 11 (09:28):
You know, just like when Trump won in twenty sixteen
and suddenly the whole country started caring about politics in
a way that no one ever did before, including you know,
some of the biggest radical idiots on the left who
started their resistance movement, and this is kind of carried
forward till now. People are really paying attention, i think,
for the first time to New York City politics in
(09:48):
a way that maybe they never have, and certainly people
haven't in a very very long time. If he does
end up winning, what I think is probably the positive
fallout of that situation is that so many people living
right here in New York City are now going to
wake up and start getting involved and realizing that local elections.
Speaker 8 (10:06):
Matter, that local seats matter.
Speaker 11 (10:09):
That getting involved our local government, fighting back, all of
these things matter. And I think the people around the country,
including many of the people who've been saying, ah, screw
New York, let it fall, let it burn, they get
what they deserve. People are going to learn very soon
that we can't, you know, when we allow this thing,
this type of thing to be normalized anywhere in our country,
particularly the financial capital of the entire country, if not
(10:30):
the world, it's going to have trickle down effects all
over the entire country. So you know, I'm still holding
out hope that we may see a victory on Tuesday,
and I'm going to keep fighting between now and then,
But if we don't, I think the upshot here is
that we're not going to take our eyes off of
New York City and we're going to hold this guy's
feet to the fire for the next four years.
Speaker 1 (10:50):
I talked to a Republican operative in Washington earlier in
the week and she said to me, you know what,
this might actually have a silver lining for Republicans nationally
in the midterms. And it is a bit of a
craven take, right. I think you know what's coming and
it's not our style. We want to fight for everybody.
But she said to me, look, the Democrats have swallowed
(11:12):
the whole hook on Zoron. Yeah, Jeffrey's endorsing him. You
had Kathy Hokeel Schumer, and you've got now Omar Fete
in Minneapolis looking like he's going to have a successful victory.
This is the Democratic Party now. Shutdowns and socialists. That's
what they have to run on in the midterms. They're
socialist victories and mayoral contests and a shutdown that's broadly
(11:33):
going to be viewed as having hurt the country.
Speaker 4 (11:36):
Is is there something there.
Speaker 1 (11:38):
To build on where you kind of wrap Zoron around
Democrats in swing districts in the upcoming midterms.
Speaker 8 (11:45):
One hundred percent there is.
Speaker 4 (11:46):
Yeah.
Speaker 11 (11:46):
And I've been saying since the beginning, you know, if
this guy gets elected, it's really what it's going to
do is once and for all, finalize the transition of
the Democrat Party into the socialist party that they've been,
you know.
Speaker 8 (11:59):
Inching towards becoming more and more and more all the time.
Speaker 11 (12:02):
And I got to tell you, you know, I've spent
the last four and a half months talking to literally
hundreds of New Yorkers all over the city in all
different areas, young people, old people, white people, black people,
brown people, and I have found in every demographic that
there are Democrats people who are not ready to leave
their party, who are saying that this is a step
too far for them and that they are concerned about
(12:23):
their party becoming a socialist party. Now that's right here
in very very blue, liberal New York City. Take that
all across the country where we've got actually, you know,
some still hold out moderate Democrats in the party. I
think that this is going to send a shock wave
around the country, and we're going to feel those results
in the midterms should he get elected. I think it
is going to drive a lot of people away from
the radical left.
Speaker 1 (12:44):
And it might drive some of those billionaires away too, right,
because you're seeing right now this massive influx of spending
on behalf of former Governor Cuomo from the likes of
Bill Ackman and other Democrat billionaires who can't stomach zoron.
So if those folks see that the Democratic Party is
really just turning in that direction more broadly, do you
(13:05):
think that some of the elites that used to, I
don't know, try to throw you in jail and call me,
call me an insurrectionist like, well, those people actually start
to look to the Republican Party as a very different
refuge for them than they did previously.
Speaker 11 (13:21):
Well, they're going to have to, because you know, it's
as so many people say, when they walk away from
the Democratic Party, you know, they didn't leave the party,
the party left them. And you know, if I, if I,
if the Republican Party was still the same establishment Republican
Party that it was ten fifteen plus years ago, in.
Speaker 8 (13:39):
All likelihood, I wouldn't have walked.
Speaker 11 (13:40):
Away from the Democratic Party and become a Republican. I
probably would have stayed independent or you know, unaffiliated. But
when I walked away from the Left, I saw that
something new and something special was happening on the right
and the rise of the MAGA movement in the America.
First Movement, I think is a very different, more centris,
big tent party where people are feel like they don't
have to you know, it doesn't necessarily embrace really really
(14:05):
far right views. But you know, we've got a wide
spectrum of views and policy ideas over here, and we
tolerate a lot of diversity of opinion. So I think
that many people will find when pushed out of the
Democrat Party that there is a home for them on
the right and that they're welcome over here.
Speaker 1 (14:23):
The Walkaway campaign is literally built on that premise. Brandon Stock,
We're glad you're there in Gotham fighting the good fight.
We think it could be a very rough few years
for the folks in New York if they make this
poor decision.
Speaker 4 (14:34):
Appreciate you.
Speaker 8 (14:35):
Don't give up, Matt, No, don't give up.
Speaker 1 (14:37):
The cyanide pill stays in the capsule. Thanks for being
here and coming up. The FBI has uncovered a terror
plot in Michigan. There was a radicalized group of people
that wanted to do harm on Halloween. Thank goodness, they
were stopped. But we will now go to see how
leaders in Michigan are thinking about this and some of
the policy choices that have allowed this type of radicalization
(14:58):
to flourish. Eric Nesbit is the Republican leader in the
Michigan Legislature and he's with us next.
Speaker 12 (15:08):

Speaker 1 (17:20):
Today, the FBI foiled and Isis inspired terror plot in
Michigan before it could unfold over a Halloween weekend. According
to reports, at least five terror plotters were arrested after
authorities rated three homes in the Detroit suburbs around Dearborn
and Inkster this morning. The names of the suspects have
not been made public, but sources told The New York
Post that they range in age from sixteen to twenty
(17:43):
years old. The group was described as homegrown radicals with
possible foreign contacts. While the group was reportedly under round
the clock FBI surveillance, Isis inspired the group and they
were looking to launch a Pumpkin Day assault. They trained
at a local shooting range. Sources say the FBI recovered
weapons in the morning raid, including illegally owned firearms. FBI
(18:06):
Director Cash Battel announced the bust on X saying, quote,
a violent plot tied to international terrorism was disrupted. This
is what defending the homeland looks like. Vigilance saves lives.
Speaker 4 (18:17):
Joining us now.
Speaker 1 (18:18):
Michigan State Senate Republican leader and Republican candidate for Governor
of Michigan, Eric Nesbitt, a Senator. How are Michiganders reacting
to the news that there was this terror plot directed
at Halloween.
Speaker 8 (18:30):
Wow.
Speaker 2 (18:30):
Let's first give a huge shout out to the FBI,
Cash Battel, and President Trump they were on it and
his incredible team for capturing these terrorists before they could
even attack innocent people. This is not a distant threat.
This is here and it's real and we have to
ramp up our efforts to confront these radical Islamists and
keep our communities safe. Heck, my kids are out trick
(18:53):
or treating now, and the leadership the President Trump and
Cash are showing is what's going to help keep Michigander
safe on Halloween night and for years to come when
families should be really trick or treaty not having to
worry about a war on jihad on them.
Speaker 4 (19:08):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (19:08):
What are leaders in the Dearborn community saying where the
people who were cooking up this terrible plot were residing?
Speaker 5 (19:16):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (19:17):
I mean this is the real challenge with importing people
in this country, our state in Michigan, who hate our values,
who hate our people, who hate our way of life.
And thank God for President trumpause he's working to end
this mass importation of folks that are not assimilated. We
saw this under the Biden administration and under under Governor Whitmer,
(19:41):
and what they've been trying to do and giving free housing,
free subsidies all around to legal immigrants. How can we
make families safe here in Michigan? How do we make
families here in America safe? And it's exactly what President Trump's.
Speaker 1 (19:55):
Doing do you consider do you consider the dearborn community
a safe unity today?
Speaker 2 (20:02):
This is always the battle that we need to face
is making sure that folks are assimilating. It's unfortunate that
we've seen too many people that are not assimilating, and
we need to make sure that when they're come here,
they hold our values, not importing their values.
Speaker 1 (20:19):
And Senator, the early indications from what we've heard from
the FBI seem to show that these individuals were radicalized
in America. What do you think we can do more
to stop homegrown terror?
Speaker 4 (20:33):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (20:33):
I think we need it. It needs to be all hands
on deck on saying what are our American values and
those we're celebrating two hundred and fifty years of the
country next year. I think it's important to understand that
our God given rights don't come from government, They come
from God. And it's something whereas we continue to look
at how do we what does it mean to be
(20:55):
an American? It means our Bill of Rights, it means
our freedoms, and thank God for a law enforcement is
saying that if you're going to attack our people and
not assimilated our way of life, we're going to go
in for you.
Speaker 1 (21:09):
It does seem like Michigan has been a flashpoint for
a number of these issues that the country has addressed.
How would you use state law enforcement as governor to
see that this safety is achieved.
Speaker 2 (21:21):
Well, Matt, First and foremost, we need to ban sanctuary cities.
We need to make sure the local law enforcement's working
with state law enforcement is working with federal law enforcement.
These sanctuary municipalities around Michigan, and even as Governor Whitmer
works to make us a sanctuary state needs to end.
We need to be cooperating with federal law enforcement. And
(21:42):
so that's the first thing that we can be doing.
And also we need to be kicking out all this
wokeness and dei that we've seen in our whether it's
in our schools or in public education. We need to
continue to work what we're seeing with the crackdown on
these students coming in with visas that have medical views
and don't share our views here in America. Thank god
(22:03):
that President Trump's continue to take the lead to take
these issues on head on, to defend the homeland, to
defend the American way of life.
Speaker 1 (22:11):
President Trump won Michigan by turning out a lot of
low propensity voters and no propensity voters, people who didn't
have a long, extended time following politics. What's your message
to those voters about why they need to come out
and support your campaign for governor.
Speaker 2 (22:29):
Yeah, if we're going to finish off the Biden Whitmer administration,
we're going to work to make sure they have somebody
staying with President Trump and to the Trump Nesbit administration.
That's what we're working on. I've hit all eighty three
counties today. We're in Barry County. We're going to the
Republican dinner tonight, going to be celebrating with them. And
it's something where President Trump showed he's engaged communities all
(22:52):
across the state of Michigan, and I'm going to continue
to work to engage communities across Michigan as we build
up a grassroots campaign and saying we're going to take
on the status quo and Lansing, We're going to shake
things up. We're not just going to be mealy mouthed
moderates and try to, you know, square around on the edges.
We're actually going to get to the bottom of this
and shake up the status quo and burn down the
(23:14):
bureaucracy that we've seen, the red tape that Governor Whitmer's
done over the last seven years and limiting their freedom.
Speaker 1 (23:21):
You seek to replace Governor Whitmer. She can't run again
as a consequence of term limits. She very much wanted
to be selected as a vice presidential contender in national
campaigns past. Do you think Governor Whitmer still harbors ambition
for national office.
Speaker 2 (23:37):
Yeah, there's no other way. The way she's looking at
her social media Darling travels the nation, travels the world,
is that she's trying to set herself up for higher office.
And just like when Tim Waltz left Minnesota for higher office,
when they didn't have this friendly media all around the state,
he was struck down pretty mightily. And I think the
SAME's going to happen with Governor Whitmer when she size
(24:00):
to run for higher office. The media here in Michigan
does not, you know, just spend over and they just
they don't cover her well. They don't challenge her at all.
And this is the problem with the mainstream media that
we have. They don't ask the tough questions and go
after the politicians, especially on the Democratic side.
Speaker 1 (24:15):
You know, asking tough questions is something that I used
to do a lot of. We would welcome Governor Whitmur
to come and answer our questions, but we have a
feeling she might not accept that invitation. Eric Nesbitt, the
Republican leader of the State Senate in Michigan. Our hearts
go out to your state as people are just dealing
with a fear that should not be inflicted on America's
(24:35):
families at a time of Halloween and where children should
be running around and celebrating and having a good time.
But we're glad you're on the case. We look forward
to your continued leadership of the state. Thanks so much
for joining us.
Speaker 2 (24:47):
Hey, thanks Matt. As my kids go trick or trade
and we've got to make sure that they stay safe
out there.
Speaker 4 (24:52):
No question about it.
Speaker 1 (24:52):
Eric Nesbit, thanks for coming on the program and coming up.
The FBI has a new label that they are using
specifically for groups that are involved in various types of
organized crime. It looks like a lot of financial crime.
Speaker 4 (25:05):
And here's the kicker.
Speaker 1 (25:07):
The label deals with their country of origin. It's one
we're not used to seeing directly attached to organized crime.
It's Israel. We'll tell you all about it after the break.

Hey, everyone, here's a question for you.
Speaker 12 (26:26):
What does Roku TV, Apple TV, and Amazon fireTV all
have in common? The answer is that all three platforms
offer you the ability to live stream One America News

Speaker 12 (26:56):
Viewers are always asking me, how can they.
Speaker 3 (26:58):
Watch OAN live? The solution is simple.
Speaker 12 (27:01):
It's a streaming platform called cloud tv now it's spelled
klowd TV. Simply go to cloudtv dot com and subscribe
to watch twenty four to seven live feeds of OAN.
The live package is only two dollars and fifty cents

(27:22):
to cloudtv dot com and do it today.
Speaker 1 (27:31):
You've probably heard of MS thirteen, the Sicilian Mob, and
the Russian Mafia before, But if you ever heard of IBox,
it's not the latest handheld device or the name of
a chain of mediocre breakfast restaurants. It's an acronym for
Israeli based organized crime syndicates. It's a previously undisclosed category
of criminality maintained by the FBI. An investigation by The
(27:55):
American Conservative discovered that the iebox are so widespread that
the FBI secretly appropriates resources exclusively to fight against them.
The article sites leaked twenty twenty FBI report detailing extensive
defrauding of hurricane relief funds, COVID relief money, and resources
from the paycheck Protection program by IBox members and associates
(28:18):
in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, and New York. If
the crime is that extensive, you'd expect harsh measures to
control it, right, Well, it turns out these groups actually
have a unique advantage over their Latin American, Russian, and
Italian organized crime competitors. Access A leaked State Department cable
from two thousand and nine explains how, unlike most organized
(28:40):
crime groups in America, being associated with Israeli organized crime
isn't enough of a reason for visa.
Speaker 4 (28:47):
Requests to be rejected outright.
Speaker 1 (28:50):
We even checked the Foreign Affairs Manual to see if
anything had changed in the decade and a half since
that cable was sent, and it hasn't. One former FBI
agent who worked on IBox related investigations told The American
Conservative that Israeli intelligence may have some involvement. Another agent
implied that the FBI didn't publicize their work because it
(29:11):
wasn't politically popular to purp walk Israeli mobsters. If the
reporting here is accurate, that means foreign criminal groups and
maybe even some elements of a foreign government have been extorting, harming,
and killing Americans for decades.
Speaker 4 (29:25):
And we weren't even told about it.
Speaker 1 (29:27):
The author of that piece is investigative reporter Daniel Bogoslav
of the American Conservative. He joins us, Now, so how
is the FBI thinking about Israel and organized crime?
Speaker 13 (29:38):
Hey, Matt, thanks for having me. Well, what's interesting about
this document that I've reported on? First of all, off
the bat, I want to say it's remarkable that this
is from twenty twenty. This was a FBI intelligence report
describing the threat posed by eyebox that stands for Israeli
based organized crime syndicates. And what this report details is
(29:59):
basically the differentiated effort of different Israeli crime groups to
embezzle funds from US relief programs. The one that this
report was focused on was the COVID relief funds, but
they also discuss other sort of scams related to disaster relief.
(30:19):
And what I found talking about this report i was
going through a sort of archive of leaked records, was
that it was clear that going back decades, the FBI
had this threat category and that it continues to monitor
them and had a lot of embedded human sources in
various organized Israeli crime elements in the United States, and
(30:40):
yet from neither Democrat nor Republican administrations have we ever
heard this threat category designation, this acronym eyebox. And so
I think, you know what one of the former FBI
agents who I spoke with for the piece told me was,
you know, the way that the Bureau conceptualizes in frames
threats is always political, right, There is always a downstream
(31:05):
pressure from DJ inevitably that politicizes investigations and investigative priorities.
You know, whether that's under democratic administrations, you know, using
January sixth to blow out the types of conservative groups
that are being able to be monitored, or under the
current administration with the passage of NSBM seven, and you know,
(31:30):
a smatter of left wing groups that are now all
of a sudden being expanded. What we haven't heard from anyone,
right is eyebox or you know this this other group
that we know is involved in money laundering, drug trafficking,
human trafficking, and all kinds of things across the country.
The report that I got my hands on noted operations
(31:51):
in Las Vegas, Miami, New York, Los Angeles, So really
across the country, and you know, I think it's fascinating
that this is the first time we're hearing about it.
Speaker 4 (32:02):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (32:03):
No, it's important for viewers to understand. This is how
the FBI works. There are various tags that can be
put on someone if they believe that your criminal conduct
can be categorized in a particular way that helps the
FBI triage and assign resources and make judgments about prosecutorial priority.
We found the EDU tag that was attached to parents
(32:26):
who'd attended school board meetings when we were in Congress
and deeply concerned about that level of surveillance on Americans.
Here now we're learning about a new tag that, in
eight years on the Judiciary Committee overseeing the FBI, I
had never heard of that specifically deals with organized crime
tied to Israel. So I guess the question would be, like,
(32:48):
how extensive are these networks?
Speaker 13 (32:52):
Well, I mean you can start to get a sensor
that by trying to trace their reference through uh, you know,
federal court cases. If you go back every year, there's
at least one. I would say one of the one
of the biggest ones to surface over and over again
is you know, trafficking in M D M a. I
think the piece the case I included in my story
(33:17):
was a m d M A trafficking operation that actually
mentioned is really based organized crime syndicates without you know,
talking about it explicitly as a threat designation. But again,
if you go through federal cases, you know you're going
to see this over and over and over again. What
you're not going to see is the FBI coming out
(33:37):
and saying in those affidavit's in those indictments, you know,
this is an ongoing this is an ongoing project priority
of the bureau. It's always you know, this is a
one off. The most high profile recent one, I think
was a West Coast indictment for an illegal poker game.
You know, there was a big one that just happened
in New York. This was on the West coast. This
(33:57):
was run by Israeli Russian crime figures. And again you
know they will say Israeli crime figure. But you know,
the idea that this is connected to a bigger UH cartel,
that this is connected to UH crime families actually based
in Israel, You're never gonna you're never gonna hear that
(34:17):
directly from DJ or from the Bureau.
Speaker 1 (34:19):
But you think there's evidence that that, in fact is
what's happening, and you've highlighted these prosecutions. Is there is
there anything in your poor reporting suggesting that the country
of origin causes the DJ to make less of a
priority out of these cases.
Speaker 13 (34:35):
Well, I will say one of the former agents I
talked to did say that explicitly. You know, again, he
was saying, when when you look back between administrations, things
are certainly changing rapidly now with UH, you know, the
war in Gaza, and both both major parties UH starting
to change their their relationship with Israel. But you know,
(34:55):
really what he was saying was there's never been a
political utility in waiving this around. That was the phrase
he used. You know, no one's ever sought to benefit
politically by bringing this up. However, I would certainly love
to see your former colleagues on the Judiciary Committee, you know,
bring this up and ask some questions. I did reach
(35:17):
out to some members ahead of this piece to try
to probe I did not get a lot of friendly responses,
but I certainly think that there's a huge opportunity here
to explore this and to kind of show people one
element of how the Federal Bureau of investigation chooses to
politicize things, not always from a top down order, but
(35:40):
from you know, the way that they are incentivized to
seek funding, as you mentioned, in the way that they
have to operate in our current political system.
Speaker 1 (35:50):
I also took note in your piece about the visa issue,
because if someone has this tag associated with them and
it's the Russian organized or the Italian organized crime, well
they aren't going to get their visas approved into the
United States. That's not the same standard when it comes
to Israeli organized crime.
Speaker 4 (36:09):
Is there a reason why?
Speaker 13 (36:11):
Yeah, so, I'm glad you brought that up. Going back
to two thousand and nine, we know from leaked State
Department cables that were obtained by Wiki Leaks that staffers
in the US embassy in Israel were warning, you know,
we do not have the we do not not the
full suite of tools to ensure that Israeli criminals who
we know are involved in organized crime, who are entering
(36:34):
the US. You know, we cannot automatically block their visa
if they haven't, if they haven't committed to crime in Israel,
only if we know about that affiliation. And again, as
you mentioned, that's completely different whether it's the yakuza, whether
it's the Russian mafia, whether it's the Italian mafia, whether
it's two dozen Latin American gangs, everywhere else, that that
simple affiliation can be used to automatically block or at
(36:56):
least flag of visa. And that's completely not the case
with Israel, which doesn't make any sense. I mean, these
are known families. There's just around, you know, eight or
nine that are usually vying for control and at loophole.
You can go and read the State Department manual, that's
public document that instructs people working in the embassy on
how to issue these visas, and you can see, you know,
(37:18):
you can read all the different groups that there have
been you know, major motion pictures about and you will
not see any of those Israeli based crime families on there.
Speaker 1 (37:29):
And that begs the question if there is this different
treatment by our government for these crime syndicates that have
relationships and origins in Israel. Is there anything that leads
you to believe that there is some sort of tacit
blessing from the government of Israel for these folks to
be engaging in financial operations and crimes in the United States.
Speaker 13 (37:51):
Well, look I mean, the reality is that the United
States government has all kinds of special relations I mean,
obviously the relationship with Israelis is very special, unique. But
you know, there's lots of reporting over the past few
years too about the extraordinary measures that are afforded to
students studying in the United States from the Gulf, from
(38:13):
Saudi Arabia who commit heinous crimes and are allowed to
basically return to their country. You know that we're not
talking about diplomatic immunity here. We're talking about special relationship
with powerful people and their kids operating the United States.
So I would say, you know, it certainly seems as
though there's a similar relationship going on there. I also
mentioned my piece the fact that there's pretty credible evidence,
(38:38):
you know, stretching back forty to fifty years, that Israel
is one of the main espionage threats facing the United States.
Again going back to WikiLeaks, there was a believe it
was a NSA threat assessment that ranked Israel the third
highest potential espionage threat after Russia and China, and as
(38:59):
earlier as going back even as soon as twenty nineteen,
there was a report in Politico about the Israelis bugging
tons of areas around Washington, d C. In the White
House and basically being let off the hook. So I
would certainly say there has been a special relationship there
as I think is public knowledge. I think what's going
(39:20):
to be curious to see is does that change going
forward as both political parties start to re examine their
relationship with this country.
Speaker 1 (39:27):
Now that you know about this specific tag used by
federal law enforcement tied to Israeli organized crime, where is
it going to take your reporting next?
Speaker 13 (39:35):
Well, I've I've already had some interesting people reach out
from the woodwork, but I would really love to see,
you know, Congress take this up. You know, I would
love to see Congress try to push back on you know,
powerful interest groups saying this is you know, propaganda, this
is anti Semitic. I think Congress has the ability to
(39:57):
you know, request and release, uh, you know, declassified reports.
Speaker 3 (40:04):
You know.
Speaker 13 (40:04):
I think we hear so much about how Congress's hands
are tied right by not having majority or you know,
not not having the votes for this through that, and
I think, as you well know, you know that's voting
on bills is one small part of the power you
hold as an elected official. And so I would really say,
like you know anyone, there's a lot of relevant committees.
There's a lot of people who I think are staring
(40:26):
to ask the right questions here, and I would just
I would love to see them dig a little deeper
and try to share with me and the public more
concrete information about what this looks like, both in the
FBI and you know, cross agencies, D D two, all
kinds of elements that get at this special relationship.
Speaker 1 (40:44):
Paging Thomas Massey, member of the House Tutory Committee. Best
I can recall Daniel bogus Law. Thanks so much for
coming on the program. I encourage folks to check out
your piece at the American Conservative, and we hope you
will come back and tell us where your journalism leads great.
Speaker 13 (40:58):
Thanks for having me.

Speaker 1 (44:21):
We're hitting the campaign trail in the Palmeadow States, South Carolina,
and it's heating up. We've covered the upcoming governor's election
in South Carolina. It features congressional heavyweights Nancy Mace and
Ralph Norman, but there's also a key US Senate contest.
US Senator Lindsay Graham has been in the Senate for
nearly a quarter century. At times, he's riled the MAGA
base by supporting the Dream Act and virtually every war
(44:44):
that's ever been contemplated. Lindsay Graham thinks we should send
more money to Ukraine, Israel, Taiwan, and many other places.
When Lindsay Graham's name was called at a Trump rally
in his home state, this happened.
Speaker 14 (44:56):
He's welcome, United States Senator Lindsey Graham, a monster make.
Speaker 8 (45:16):
Out, Welcome to Peckins.
Speaker 1 (45:25):
It's hardly a ringing endorsement from fellow Republicans. It's frothed
up a field of candidates who think Lindsay Graham is
vulnerable despite him having received President Trump's endorsement. Mark Lynch
is a businessman and faith leader from the Palmetto State.
He's running for the US Senate and has positioned himself
to the right of Lindsay Graham. Senate candidate Mark Lynch
joins US. Now, so, mister Lynch, why are you running
(45:46):
for the Senate. Senate candidate Mark Lynch joins US. Now,
mister Lynch, why are you running for the Senate.
Speaker 15 (45:52):
It's time to take out these traders, Matt in DC.
We've got enemies within Congress that we need to be
getting rid of.
Speaker 4 (46:00):
Do you believe Senator Graham is one of those traders?
Speaker 7 (46:03):
I sure?
Speaker 15 (46:04):
Do you know he was in charge of helping with
the Russian collusion hoax to try to get rid of
our President Trump, And he brought the Stele Dossia out
and got with people like Jack Smith and started the prosecutions.
And they sat by and rubber stamped everything the Democrat.
Speaker 7 (46:23):
Coup was attempting to do.
Speaker 15 (46:24):
And we've lived through a coup in our country, and
you know Hillary didn't get in in twenty sixteen, but
they continued with the fake FED surrection of twenty twenty.
On January of the sixth, and we were arresting American
patriots that were exercising their First Amendment to express their
freedoms of speech and to have a peaceful protest while
(46:46):
they sang amazing grace and wave flags at the Capitol
and went to prison. And you know that's why I'm running,
because we've got to get real, true conservative leadership back
into Congress and get these efeckless traders out of there.
Speaker 1 (47:03):
One of the hallmark wins of the Trump administration, among many,
has been securing America's border. Before that had happened, Senator
Graham famously championed the bipartisan Dream Act to give a
form of amnesty to illegal aliens who have been brought
to the United States by their parents.
Speaker 4 (47:20):
What's your view on the Dream Act?
Speaker 15 (47:22):
I mean, all that's crazy. I mean, that's one of
his names, right, Grandnesty. He wanted to grant amnesty to
all the illegal aliens in the country. And he sent
out a thing that really makes me mad. Back in
March or April, he sent out a direct mail piece
saying he was so proud to be in charge of
the Lake and Rileigh Act, and I'll fly him and
we'll go to the Riley home, and I want to
(47:45):
hear his explanation to that family about their beautiful daughter
that was brutally raped and murdered by an illegal alien
in our country. Because he's never defended the border, and
that's an oath he takes as a US Senator to
defend against enemies, and we've let them just walk into
this country the last ten years.
Speaker 1 (48:05):
Senator Graham supports sending money to Ukraine, to Israel, to many,
many countries. How much money do you think American taxpayers
should send to Ukraine and Israel?
Speaker 7 (48:17):
Not a penny. That's not American first.
Speaker 15 (48:20):
And listen, we're out of money, we're bankrupt, and Lindsay's
been the head of the Budget committee, so he's failed
us there and that's not American first, funding everything but paying.
Speaker 7 (48:32):
Our bills here. So he's got to send to these
endless wars.
Speaker 15 (48:36):
And I know his biggest contributors are Boeing and Lockheed
Martin because he funds and keeps endless wars going, getting
our children blown up and killed with no America agenda
at all.
Speaker 1 (48:49):
You mentioned the budget. We're currently in a government shutdown. Today,
President Trump called on the Senate to use the nuclear
option to open the government.
Speaker 4 (48:57):
Do you agree with President Trump?
Speaker 1 (49:01):
No?
Speaker 15 (49:02):
Well, yes, with President Trump, I do, yes, But you know,
we've got to get it back open. But we cannot
fund illegal aliens health care. And I'm sure Lindsay's for that,
you know, but America is not. We're not for paying
for their health care. They're not citizens here.
Speaker 4 (49:20):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (49:21):
No, I think President Trump wants to open the government
without doing that. But the Senate is only agreeing to
proceed if they get sixty votes, which of course they
don't have sixty Republicans. So President Trump and others have said, well,
just use the majority. You have to pass the bill
that Republicans passed in the House, and that would that
would effectually, you know, cripple the filibuster.
Speaker 4 (49:43):
Do you believe in the filibuster in the Senate?
Speaker 1 (49:46):
I do, yep, absolutely, So you would maintain the filibuster
and not pass the continuing resolution with fifty one votes
just just I.
Speaker 7 (49:57):
Believe in the philibuster, but I would pass that for Trump.
Speaker 4 (50:00):
Yes, okay, so you would have an exception from it.
Speaker 1 (50:03):
We mentioned President Trump he's endorsed Senator Graham in this contest.
Speaker 4 (50:07):
How do you beat that?
Speaker 15 (50:10):
Well, South Carolinians and people all over the country, Matt,
the pulse is, you know Trump, we love President Trump,
but his endorsement of Lindsey Graham won't save Lindsay this time.
Speaker 7 (50:22):
Everybody's tired of it. We know the patterns.
Speaker 15 (50:25):
He only becomes a little to the right during an
election campaign season, but the other five and a half
years of his term, he's voting and doing everything along
with the Democrats.
Speaker 7 (50:36):
That's who he is. He has a fifty seven.
Speaker 15 (50:38):
Percent lifetime constitutional voting record.
Speaker 7 (50:42):
He's failing everywhere. He's failing in.
Speaker 15 (50:45):
The Conservative Review vote, He's got a forty three percent
lifetime score. He's failing in the Club for Growth lifetime
score with a sixty five percent voting record. And so
you know, he's betrayed South Carolinians, he's betrayed America, and
he's stabbing Trump in the back every chance he gets.
Speaker 1 (51:05):
Mark lynch Us and a candidate in South Carolina. We
think we'll be hearing more from you in the coming months.
Thanks for coming on the program and laying out the
case for your campaign.
Speaker 7 (51:13):
Thank you, Matt. God bliffs.
Speaker 1 (51:15):
God bless you as well and stay safe on the
trail and coming up, The Oversight Committee has really revealed
some telling information about the cover up on the stolen
presidency from Joe Biden and the American people.
Speaker 12 (51:28):

Speaker 1 (53:45):
Earlier this week, we were shocked by the one hundred
page report from the House Oversight Committee detailing how the
presidency was stolen from Joe Biden and the American people.
Speaker 16 (53:55):
We brought twelve of Biden's inner circle individuals in for depositions.
They never saw Joe Biden, they never heard from Joe Biden.
They were never in any meeting or policy discussions with
Joe Biden when he talked about the pardons or talked
about the executive orders. Jeff Zience and Joe Biden and
Joe Biden's staff, Wow, we're probably the ones that were
(54:16):
that were shielding Joe Biden. They kept Joe Biden shielded.
There was a cover up of his mental decline. And
there's no evidence that exists, no notes, nothing that exists
that Joe Biden was involved in any of the decision
making process with the with the pardons and the executive orders.
Speaker 1 (54:34):
The cover up is what concerns us most, and the
Oversight Committee has a scathing new video out.
Speaker 4 (54:40):
It busts everyone for their role.
Speaker 17 (54:43):
Was the number one issue either can be the president's
fitness or his age.
Speaker 18 (54:54):
And new information now on the people in his inner
circle and how the cover up actually operated.
Speaker 11 (55:02):
Senior aides that worked here until just a couple of
months ago at the beginning of this year, manipulating an
ailing president for their own game.
Speaker 13 (55:10):
How much were you paid for your role in the
campaign in twenty twenty four just a short family not.
Speaker 3 (55:18):
Yes.
Speaker 13 (55:18):
I noticed that he was aging in terms of his
physical condition. I noticed that, you know, he shuffled up, that.
Speaker 7 (55:24):
He was more stuckling over words and dash than you did.
Speaker 13 (55:30):
At the beginning of the term.
Speaker 14 (55:32):
We talked about age. We knew it was an issue,
and we tried to design a strategy.
Speaker 13 (55:38):
We had a discussion at the senior advisor level about whether.
Speaker 14 (55:43):
The president should have a COGNITIVI exam.
Speaker 18 (55:45):
Flashback now to the legacy media is complete denial of
the president's cognitive decline.
Speaker 12 (55:50):
Start your tape right now, because I'm about to tell
you the truth and f you if.
Speaker 7 (55:55):
You can't handle the truth. This version of.
Speaker 8 (55:59):
Biden is the best Biden ever.
Speaker 7 (56:02):
His mental acuity is great, It's fine.
Speaker 8 (56:05):
It's as good as it's been over the years.

There is now a pattern of key Biden confidant seeking
the shield themselves.
Speaker 7 (56:14):
From criminal liability for this potential conspiracy.
Speaker 17 (56:17):
Were you ever told to lie about the president's health,
Doctor O'Connor, Did you ever believe the president.
Speaker 4 (56:22):
Was unfit to execute his duties as president?
Speaker 17 (56:26):
Did any unelected official or family member of President Joe
Biden execute the duties of the presidents that did Joe Biden,
a member of his family, or anyone at the White
House ever instruct you to lie regarding his health?
Speaker 4 (56:39):
On the advice and counsel.
Speaker 13 (56:40):
I respect him and trying to answer the questions as
soon as it might fit them or his.
Speaker 15 (56:44):
Kind of the prostitution hunter was driving the decision making
for the family.
Speaker 8 (56:48):
He was almost like a chief of staff.
Speaker 1 (56:49):
Did you notice an uptick ever, when under Biden was around.
Speaker 7 (56:53):
Yes. Towards the end, I think he was living with
the president. They were lying up to to the public.
Speaker 8 (56:58):
They were lying to other diner.
Speaker 7 (57:00):
Have you ruled out a pardon for your son?
Speaker 3 (57:02):
Yes.
Speaker 16 (57:03):
Ian SAMs, who was the White House spokesperson, interacted with
him two times.
Speaker 4 (57:09):
Two times.
Speaker 14 (57:10):
I interacted with him pretty infrequently.
Speaker 19 (57:12):
I think I met with the President a handful of
times during my tenure in White House. You got to say,
that doesn't look anything like the president that I know
when I deal with him. He's sharp, he's asking tough questions.
That's the President Biden that so many of us experience
every single day.
Speaker 16 (57:27):
If the White House spokesperson is being shielded from the president,
that says who.
Speaker 3 (57:32):
Was operating ball.
Speaker 18 (57:34):
It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired,
and that took over the auto.
Speaker 5 (57:40):
Pet They stole the presidency of the United States.

Do you know any of the actual staff who were
using the automent?
Speaker 13 (57:53):
No names.
Speaker 17 (57:55):
Have you never seen a decision memo laying out the
breakdown of when the president should hand sign a particular
set of documents.
Speaker 7 (58:03):
Not prior to prep Did he hand sign all executive orders?
Speaker 2 (58:09):
He did not.
Speaker 19 (58:09):
He hand signed many executive orders, but he did not
sign hand sign all executive orders.
Speaker 17 (58:15):
Can you read your response?

Thanks jay Z.
Speaker 4 (58:21):
Did you yourself write the zo?
Speaker 19 (58:23):

Speaker 16 (58:25):
That auto pin was used excessively, and yet no one
can say for certain that Joe Biden was given the
orders to use the autopid.
