What even is strong her?

to build strength, to feelconfident and to stay
consistent, but without wastinga bunch of time on the wrong
workouts or followingrestrictive diets or meal plans.
So I know that you may bethinking, can I really see
results in just five days?
This is a great question and Imean you've probably done

fitness challenges before,right?
But strong her is not aboutburning out or chasing a weigh
in or a bunch of weigh-ins.
It's about turning on the rightsignals in your body and in your
brain so that you and your bodystart trusting you again.
'cause that's the magic.
I'll be honest with you.
Yes and no.
Right?
It's not just about overnighttransformation, but it is about

progress.
In five days, you will startfeeling stronger.
Even if you haven't been workingout regularly, you will.
You can start to notice smallshifts in your digestion, in
your physique, in your body.
In five days, you might feelmuscles firing in ways that you
didn't expect, or you willprobably experience more energy
throughout the day.

you will experience a confidenceboost, and I'm not talking about
a superficial boost.
We are talking about truegrounded confidence.
Confidence that comes fromshowing up for yourself, from
doing something that's hard andstill sticking with it.
You will get into a routine.
Most of the women who we workwith tell me that their biggest
struggle is staying consistent,especially in the beginning,

So the strong, her challenge isspecifically designed to help
you get into that rhythm ofdoing it anyway, even when life

It's not the goal.
If you try to be perfect, youwill just burn out.
I've seen it a million times.
This is about showing up, doingyour best and being kind to
yourself.
When things don't go as planned.
I want you to think of thischallenge as a launch pad, not
the finish line.
So five days is just enough toget your foot in the door, but.

Real sustainable change takestime, right?
You will have ups and downs, andthat's completely okay.
What matters is that you'redoing it, you're moving, you're
committing to yourself for thenext five days, and that is
going to be a huge win.
Let's now get into whyperfection isn't the goal and
why you can still succeedwithout it.
In fact, you will succeed longterm in a more sustainable way

than if perfection is the goal.
So why is perfection not thegoal?
Because when you focus onperfection, you forget about the
real goal that creates results,which is consistency.
The truth is life is messy.
Life.
Be lifeing.
You will miss a workout.
You will not eat the way thatyou plan at some point before
you die.
That includes birthday cakes,spontaneous tacos, and you know

that Thursday night wine thatyou swore you wouldn't pour,
you're still allowed to behuman.
But that does not mean that youhave failed.
What matters is that you keepshowing up.
Like your show up is like amuscle, right?
It's like building muscle.
You don't get stronger bylifting a perfect and heavier
weight every single time.
You get stronger by consistentlychallenging your body and

pushing through.
Even when it's uncomfortable,and then showing up again after
you miss the mark.
So don't wait for it to be theperfect moment to start.
Don't wait for everything toline up.
The key to success is takingaction, imperfect action.
So when you make the decision totake action, even in small ways,
you are already on your way.
So here's why this five daychallenge can actually be your

launchpad to long-term success.
Here's the best part about thisfive day challenge that we're
