What have you attracted into your life—a home, a partner, a fulfilling career, friendships that nourish you? The Law of Attraction suggests that our thoughts create a vibrational frequency, drawing similar experiences and circumstances into our reality. In other words, for better or worse, we attract what we focus on.
Today’s guest, Lauren Pomerantz, has built an elite Hollywood career through intention. She began as a writer at Saturday Night Live before moving to The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where she quickly became Ellen’s head writer and one of the most beloved members of the team.
Lauren moves through the world with grace, humility, and humor. Her work has made millions laugh, and she’s created a life filled with love, success, and joy—including a wonderful partner and beautiful children—all of which she consciously attracted. In this episode, we dive into her moon paper practice. The woo-woo secret to how she manifested Am I OK?, the film she wrote about her own coming-out story, starring Dakota Johnson—now streaming on MAX.
