Speaker 1 (00:01):
Welcome to Just Count Me In a podcast about coming
home to yourself and findingyour expression, figuring out
who exactly you came here to bealso known as living your best
life.
I'm Sari Stone and I'll be yourhost.
Welcome back and thank you somuch for joining me today.
I'm so happy that you decidedto spend your time here.

(00:22):
We are going to talk aboutsomething in today's episode
that we all wrestle with at somepoint the wait, the in-between
space between wanting somethingand receiving it, and how
sometimes, if we just pause, what we receive actually ends up
being better than what weimagined.

(00:43):
But we're all waiting a lot ofour lives.
We're waiting for clarity, waiting for answers, waiting for
healing, waiting for the rightjob, waiting for love, waiting
for success, waiting for thenext step to finally show up and
, let's be honest, waiting canbe hard.

(01:05):
So in this episode, we're goingto cover how synchronicity
actually increases in our liveswhen we do stop pushing and the
power of aligning our vibrationwhile we're waiting.
I'm going to give you sometools to help you let go of the
mental timelines and questionsto reflect on when you're

(01:27):
feeling a little bit shaky.
While you're waiting forsomething, we're also going to
touch a little bit more onflowing with your life and what
it means to live in the flowwith your spirit and your
experience.
We live in a world where hustleis rewarded, speed,
productivity, but spiritualgrowth, emotional transformation

(01:51):
that moves at a different pace.
Sometimes it feels like thingsare moving so slowly or not at
all, and we wonder am I justdoing something wrong?
Did I miss the sign?
Did I mess, mess it up?
Did I take the wrong turn?
So here's the part I want toget really clear about, because

(02:14):
this has been coming throughreally strongly.
For me, waiting isn't justabout being patient.
It's about how we use the spacewhile we wait.
So I'm going to give you anexample that happened just last
weekend.
So last weekend, my husband andI were finally ready to get him
a dobro, and this is a big deal.

(02:35):
He's a musician and you cannever have too many instruments,
but he's been really waiting along time for this and it was a
symbol of love and music andpartnership for our anniversary
big anniversary for us.
Every single lead fell through, like we knew that it was the
right thing inside, but it wasthe wrong instrument.

(02:57):
People weren't calling back, places were too far away and I
could feel, off and on, I wasaware of that little twinge of
disappointment creeping in.
You know that moment right whenyou start to wonder well, okay,
why isn't this working outsomehow?
We were just oblivious to thatpart and we just kept trusting

(03:19):
we were having a great weekendand it was a three-day weekend
and we just enjoyed our timetogether so much and didn't even
care that it was raining.
It was one of those times thatwe were just flown with it and
the anniversary came and went, and still no Dobro.
The weekend ended and still noDobro.
And we thought, okay, you knowwhat?

(03:41):
I'm sure it's going to be thisor better, we're just going to
let go of this.
Plus, we're both busy, so wedidn't hang on to it for dear
life.
It wasn't like waiting for theright house.
This was a small example ofpractice, and then, when we let
go, all of a sudden it happened.
A listing popped up out ofnowhere.

(04:02):
Not only was this Dobro in theperfect condition and the right
price, it was made the exactyear that we got together, like
I'm not kidding.
And to top it off, we droveafter work on Friday, and it was
a three and a half hour driveeach way.

(04:22):
He got off in time for us tomake it and make it home by 10,
30, 11 o'clock and the drive wassmooth.
People were warning me becauseI was getting snacks for us to
bring, and people were warningme at the store oh, we're
supposed to get a really badband of storms.
They did have a band of stormsright up and down the corridor
that we were driving on and notone of them did we encounter.

(04:44):
I don't think that we turnedthe windshield wipers on once.
When we came home, there was nopower at our house.
They had had their powerknocked out almost five hours
earlier and within five minutesthe lights came on and I thought
, man, there's my sign.
So I just felt so good aboutthe whole thing and I wanted to

(05:04):
share that with you.
And this is definitely a smallscale weight, but just that,
when we let go things and wedidn't lose our excitement about
it or the feeling of him havingthe dobro, even though we
fought against a littledisappointment coming in, it
actually worked out.
Now here's the part I want toget really clear about, because

(05:27):
this is really important thatspace between where we are and
where we want to be.
It is not dead time, it'ssacred time, sacred time, sacred
time of becoming.
What we do with the weight isjust as important very often as

(05:52):
what we're waiting for, becausethat's when the real alignment
happens.
It shows me where I'm notaligned, when I'm not connected
and things are not flowingtowards me.
It shows me, it points out okay, we need to shift this, we need
to tweak this a little bit more.
Am I choosing love?
Am I choosing fear?

(06:13):
Because when we just relax andwe let go of the agendas, we let
go of trying to control thetimeline, which I really
personally struggle with when welet go of how or when something
is going to happen, all of asudden something shifts.

(06:35):
It's in that letting go thatsynchronicities begin to just
show up, those magical littlemoments that make us say, whoa,
how did that just happen?
This is awesome.
The people, the signs, theunexpected blessings, they all
begin to just line up, notbecause we're forcing them, not

(06:57):
because we wished for them, butbecause we are aligned with them
.
That alignment happens in thewaiting.
So if there's a wait betweenthat, as Esther Hicks would say
rocket of desire that you launchinto the universe and the
manifestation of the desire.

(07:18):
It just shows us where we needto align ourselves.
So maybe, instead of asking whyis this taking so long, we can
ask who am I becoming right now?
What does this space teach me?
Am I a match for the energy ofwhat I'm calling in?

(07:45):
The more we tune in, the morewe create space for miracles.
And whether you're a parentguiding your child, a student
navigating life transitions, just somebody deep on the path
of growth, my hopes are thatlistening to this episode is

(08:05):
going to help you ground downinto some good wisdom and you're
going to gain encouragementfrom it, because the more we do
this, the more we create spacefor miracles.
We finally release the push.
That's when things start tomove effortlessly.
Waiting is never wasted, whenit's vibrational preparation.

(08:30):
If your mind starts goingtowards anxiety while you're
waiting, that is fear, and weknow that all emotions can be
rooted back.
They can all be traced back tolove or fear, her fear.

(08:51):
So there's a teacher rightthere.
I am choosing fear in thismoment.
I am choosing to worry or beanxious or start questioning
myself, or you can fill in theblanks yourself Instead of
choosing love.
What would it look like if Ichose love and remember to try
to catch it within those first17 seconds or you start to build
momentum for those thoughts.
So if you're in the waitingroom of your life right now,

(09:14):
know this You're not off track, you're actually tuning, you're
rising, you're becoming.
Here's what that Dober tripreminded me about.
Our waiting was not apunishment, it was a preparation
, and as soon as we let go oftrying to force things, we gave

(09:38):
space for miracles, synchronicity and divine timing.
If you have a couple minutes totake a little bit of
mindfulness here and, if you can, if you're driving, you don't
want to do this part then justtake a moment and feel the

(09:58):
weight of your body beingsupported, feel the earth
underneath you and with everybreath you can breathe out,
exhale, inhale Expectations andcontrol and inhale trust Gently.

(10:29):
Imagine a version of you whoknows deep in your bones
everything is unfolding at theperfect time.
Visualize something you've beenwaiting on, visualize the
feeling for what you've beenwaiting on.
Feel it, feel the joy, feel thelove.

(10:55):
Now just release that into thesky, just like it's a balloon.
You don't have to hold it toreceive it.
Just breathe, just trust andjust be.

(11:17):
I trust the timing of my life.
What is meant for me alwaysfinds me.
I allow space for magic andsynchronicity.
I don't rush what's sacred.
I am held by the rhythm ofdivine timing.

(11:38):
Waiting isn't a void.
It's a sacred space.
So, whether you're a teenagerwaiting to hear back from a
school, a parent waiting forclarity, someone hoping for
something good, just know thisthe universe has not forgotten

(11:59):
you.
It's just making room for thevery best possible version of
what you're calling in.
