Have you ever noticed how often we overcomplicate things? That gap in my floor I thought would require hours of repair—fixed in minutes with a few taps of a hammer. This moment perfectly captures what this episode explores: what if everything we're struggling with could actually be easy?

Most of us were raised on the "do-have-be" model—do the work, have the rewards, then be happy. But what if we've had it backward all along? When we shift to "be-do-have," we choose the feeling state first, take inspired action from that alignment, and then receive results that often exceed our expectations. This isn't about being lazy; it's about finding the path of least resistance.

The universe responds to our energy. When we approach challenges with questions like "Show me how easy this can be" or "Wouldn't it be interesting if this just worked itself out?"—rather than declaring "I've got to figure this out"—we open ourselves to creative solutions and synchronicities. This episode guides you through practical ways to embody ease, including journal prompts to identify where you're making things harder than necessary, affirmations to shift your energy, and a meditation to physically experience what ease feels like in your body.

With the playful Leo new moon energy supporting us next week, now is the perfect time to experiment with lightening up. Try asking yourself: "How can this be more playful? How can I have fun with it? What would happen if I trusted a little more today?" Remember, ease isn't laziness—it's alignment. Your birthright is to experience flow, and sometimes the solutions are as simple as a few taps of a hammer. Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hey, welcome back to Transform your Life.
Just Count Me In.
I'm your host, sari Stone, andtoday we're asking a pretty
powerful question that justmight change everything.
What if it's actually easierthan we think?
So let that sink in for aminute.
What if the thing you've beenstressing about planning for

(00:23):
overthinking, like?
What if that actually could beeasy?
We had this little gap betweenour floor and the baseboard trim
and I assumed, like most people, that it was going to be a big
production Probably hours ofwork, maybe tearing up part of
the floor, rearranging furniture, noise, mess you know the whole

(00:45):
deal.
And then the guy showed up thismorning.
He walked in, took a look, grabbed a hammer, bang, bang,
bang, just like that.
The floor slid right into placeand the gap disappeared.
It was done in minutes.
I literally had blacked out acouple of hours for them to be
here, had blacked out a coupleof hours for them to be here and

(01:08):
it was finished and I thoughtthis is awesome.
I stood there like what is that?
Is that all that it took?
That's it.
Earlier this morning I hadwritten in my journal just being
so grateful for so many thingsin my life.
But I always connect in themorning I meditate and I had, I
had particularly said thismorning thank you so much for
the ease and the flow in my lifeand thank you for solutions

(01:31):
that just surprise me anddelight me.
Not referring to this, referring to some things that
happened over the weekend andhere it was.
So, choosing to be the feelingfirst is a different way to look
at things, because so often wechase ease by trying to fix or

(01:51):
force things.
But what if it's actually theopposite?
What if we chose to be the easebefore, we rested and relaxed
and had an easy feeling?
You can start by askingyourself what exactly is the
experience I want?

(02:12):
What's the feeling that I'mtruly after, what's the emotion
I want to be experiencing?
And then ask yourself well, what if I just became that
feeling first?
And then ask yourself well, what if I just became that
feeling first?
What would it be like to justbe ease, be flow, be lightness,

(02:37):
when you show up in thevibration of peace, grace and
trust.
You don't have to micromanageevery detail.
You're aligning with whatAbraham Hicks calls the path of
least resistance.
And it's the way water flowsit's soft and so powerful.
It's a big shift, because somany of us were raised on this

(02:58):
pattern of do, have, be, andthis is a new pattern of be, do
and have.
So do the work, then you canhave the reward and then you'll
be happy or then you'll besuccessful.
Setting goals, benchmarks I mean, this was what my coaching used

(03:19):
to be all about years ago.
That model is actuallybackwards out years ago.
That model is actuallybackwards.
Stop and ask yourself whatexactly is the experience?
What do I want to experiencenow?
What's the feeling I want?
What if it's actually easy?
Wouldn't it be interesting ifthis was easy to figure out?

(03:42):
Show me some actionable stepsthat I can take.
Wouldn't it be interesting justto have a simple solution?
Show me the easiest path tofind the answer.
Show me belonging, Show me joy, show me more.
When we play with the universeand play with this energy of

(04:08):
life that we're so a part of,we're immersed in, it plays back
, and this is new for a lot ofus.
So just let those words sink in.
It's a playful universe andwhen we play with it, it
responds.
So try this instead be thevibration, be the feeling that

(04:35):
you're looking for.
Do from that state when you arehonestly in the state where
you're not feeling anyresistance and when you can
answer the question what islacking in this moment?
With nothing?
Nothing is actually lacking inthis moment.
You're at a place where you'regoing to take some inspired

(05:01):
action because it is going tofeel good.
So you'll still go back to thatplace, that barometer inside of
you, and you take the steptowards feeling good.
Then you'll have the result andoften, as it does for me, it
actually arrives better than youeven imagined.

(05:23):
Let the universe surprise you.
This new moon coming up thisweek is in Leo, and Leo is a
playful, playful sign.
I am focusing my attention ongetting more play into my life
and being more playful withthings, and it's working.
I feel lighter, I feel happier,I feel calmer.

(05:47):
Sometimes I can stop and catchmyself thinking, oh, that used
to really trigger me or thatused to really bother me, and
where is that person?
And she's gone, and I love it.
So here's a playful practicefor you, instead of declaring
I've just got to figure this out, which was my big go-to.
All the time I've been askingwouldn't it be interesting if

(06:12):
this just worked itself out?
Show me how easy this can be.
Show me how simple the solutioncan be to this problem.
Surprise me.
I'm open.
This is where co-creatingbegins.
You're not alone in this.
Ease is actually yourbirthright, so you can try these

(06:33):
in your journal today.
These prompts when in my life amI making things harder than
they need to be?
What feeling am I truly wantingto experience right now, and
how could I become that feeling?
First, what's a recent examplewhere something turned out

(06:58):
easier than I expected, like myfloor experience today?
Universe, show me how easy itcan be to you fill in the blank.
And what would the easiestpossible path forward look like
for me today?
What feels the easiest?

(07:19):
What feels the best?
I mean when we choose food forour plates.
Let's say you're at arestaurant or at a buffet.
My dad used to take us to thisChina buffet.
I would choose.
There was so many differentchoices, but I'm sort of a
selective eater and I wouldchoose certain things based on

(07:42):
this looks good, tastes good, feels good, feels good in my
body.
So what about if we do thatwith our energy?
What if we check and say whatis the easiest, most enjoyable,
what feels best, and see whathappens?
Say these out loud or you canwrite down these affirmations if

(08:06):
you want.
I allow things to be easier thanI thought.
I trust in divine timing.
I'm available for miracles thatrequire no struggle.
I choose to be in the vibrationof peace and ease.

(08:26):
I release resistance andcontrol and welcome alignment
and flow.
The universe is always workingon my behalf.
Everything that I need comes tome.
All that I need is revealed tome.
The right people are showing upin my life at the right time.

(08:50):
And here's a short meditation.
If you're in a space where youcan do this, do it now.
If not, pause and come back toit.
So, if you're ready to settledown and turn your energy
inwards, turn your attentioninwards, think about becoming
ease.
I'm going to ask you to find acomfortable position.

(09:11):
Close your eyes, take a slow, deep breath in and let it go.
Allow your shoulders to drop, allow your jaw to soften.

(09:40):
Feel your body settling intothis moment.
Dissolve your edges, relaxbehind your eyes, relax down

(10:03):
your throat, your chest, yourchest, your feet, your hands.
Just feel that pulse of life.
Feel that pulse of energy andconnection and awaken to who you

(10:23):
are.
You can say aloud or silentlythink I am safe to rest, I am
safe to receive.
I am safe to receive, I am ease, let it be easy.

(10:51):
And, as you say this, with eachbreath, feel your body lighten.
Imagine a soft wave of goldenlight washing down from the
crown of your head through yourthroat, circling around your

(11:20):
beautiful heart, down your armsand out your fingers through

(11:41):
your stomach, reminding you thatyou don't need to figure it all
out, that you can let go of thetension and trust.
Breathe in ease and light andlight.
Breathe out resistance andblocks.

(12:02):
You are the flow, you are thecalm, you're aligned.
Let it be easy.

(12:32):
When you're ready, deepen yourbreath again and wiggle your
fingers and toes and note thedifference that this probably
one or two minute mindful minutemade in your body.
Think about the difference itjust made in your brain.
If you could see your brainunder a scan and know that every

(12:59):
time we do this, every time wevisit this place, our brain
chemicals, our serotoninchemicals, dopamine chemicals,
pleasure, happiness, calmchemicals are lighting up,
they're getting stimulated.
We have our own pharmacy here.
So just notice, just be aware.
So if this is something thatfeels good to you, I would

(13:30):
invite you to play with it thisweek and please let me know.
I've got a link in the notesthat goes to a landing page
which is under construction, butI would love it if you signed
up for an email list there, andif you choose to do that, I

(13:50):
promise it will be worth yourtime.
I also have a link to the notesand a link to the journal
prompts, the affirmation and thescript that I'm using for the
little mindful moment I hope tohear from you.

(14:14):
So what if this is yourinvitation to stop pushing, stop
struggling, and instead ask howcan this be easier?
How can I play with this?
How can this be more playful?
How can this be less heavy?
How can I just lighten up?
How can I have fun with it?

(14:34):
What would happen if I trusteda little more today and started
looking for the ease and startedlooking for easy solutions,
easy paths.
Easy is not lazy, ease isalignment.
So let that hammer fall gentlyinto place, let the floor line

(15:01):
up, let your heart relax.
Try it.
You may like it.
Thank you again so much forbeing here.
You are not alone.
Miracles are real, flow is real, ease is real and it's all here
for you.
