The purpose of mindful meditation is to remember whom one is. You need not be of a particular religion or culture or sub-species of Homo sapiens, any sentient being is welcome to join in and practice awareness of one's unique and beautiful be-ing. How could it be other than this. One need not learn some "special" mantras or sacred words as "God" has already endowed everyone with miracles galore.
It is in "just" be-ing aware of the bounty all of us possess. It is universal and everywhere and started long before mankind's rise through the hubris of Creation, being humble and thankful is a part of one's wisdom, experience, and knowledge. Embrace the wonder of one's own be-ing.
This is mindful meditation, it is one's birthright, yet, one must assume the mantle of one's own crown or being forgotten one can live a whole lifetime in ignorance and strife. It is always in a moment's choice....
What should I do, in which direction should I go, When, Why, Who am I, How.... All these answers are already in one's head, ask gently with kindness and one's greater be-ing will respond. Remember, you are only the latest configuration in a be-ing "called you" of millions of generations of Life.... be humble, thankful, and aware of just whom and what (we) are, there are 86,400 opportunities to remember every day, I repeat, in every day, no excuses, please
